Utterly disrespectful people. No one greets you , they look at you like you owe something to them This place has the atmosphere of a boot camp . I went there for an oil change . I was promissed 30 minutes in and out. It took them 1 hour and thirty minutes for an oil change .Most places have you in and out for ten minutes. Lady at the desk was very rude she does not even look at you when you talk to her. Disgusting humans that's the right way to call them. Shame on you .
Ask for JOLI, She will find you the BEST deal and the RIGHT PRICE vehicle with a smile! Mike will find you the best rates and financing once you find the vehicle you love. Give this Dealership a chance to earn your business and you will be a happy new owner.
Steve Muir was a great salesperson. Got us the best deal on the car we wanted. Very knowledgeable and didn't push us into something we didn't want. I'll be back to buy from here again.
Ron, my salesman was amazing!! I absolutely loved my experience here. I love my new car and have told many people about Sterling Heights Dodge.
Our used car salesmen used every trick in the book to try to get us to buy the car we were looking at. Which would be fine, except he always prefaced it with 'I've been here a long time and don't need your sale'.
All around not a good experience. Wife decided the van was too big for just having one newborn. When she decides she wants to upgrade in the future, we'll be going to the dealer in Rochester, who were much friendlier on previous run-ins.
Our experience was very poor. My family and I have been buying Dodge vehicles for the last seven eight years and given most of that business to Sterling Dodge we will never go back there again
Service manager James Jordan and service guy sal v. Won't give you the time of day even if you drive up there and they see you sitting there they will avoid you at all cost they'd apply no service no Hospitality we are taking our business elsewhere after years of spending money at that dealership I wouldn't give them a dime in fact everyone I speak to will hear about this horrible nightmare of a dealership no wonder they can't keep employees they can't sell cars either.
Sales are great. However service dapartment by far the worst ive ever seen. Ive had my vechiles in over a dozen times for the same issues. Calling service manager will return calls.
Customer service is horrible. Came here today to look for a new car and I walked around the showroom and the entire lot multiple times. Never had one word spoken to me. I'm sitting in my car as we speak in front of the showroom contemplating giving them one more chance, but probably not since I've already been here well over and hour. Terrible customer service. Definitely agree with these 1 star reviews.
Never shop at this dealership I've when into the dealership to get a price on a car the lady Nora told me that she will give me a price and give me a call. Never got a call call back the next day no answer call back again left a voicemail no returns about any prices so I can switch out of my vehicle. Call back to the front desk and ask for a new salesman named told me that she will give me a price and give me a call. Never got a call call back the next day no answer call back again left a voicemail no returns about any prices so I can switch out of my vehicle. Call back to the front desk and ask for a new salesman his name is Gary didn't even let me explain about the situation yeah I wasn't getting helped by Nora at the Dealership He said that I would have to talk to her because we are all commission based and hung up in my face very rude salesmans there at this dealership I have three vehicles going back almost at the same time you guys just lost three car sales because of rude customer service that's why you guys deserve this one star. I rather go to parkway dealership and pay more for a vehicle then have to deal with rude people at this dealership.
If there was an option to get 0 starts this place should get it! Worst customer service ever! Why would you argue with a customer over something so stupid. I called Monday to pick up paperwork from my vehicle I leased a few years back. They explained that it was a busy day and that it could take all day and it probably won't be ready until the following morning. I said ok I'll wait till tomorrow
I drove well over an hour to go pick it up and they told me it will take a week. Argued back and forth about it. Calling me a liar and being super rude!
Learn how to smile and learn how to be polite
This place seriously needs an upgrade, The best part is the wait area which is average at best. Service is slow I spent a lot of time waiting rather for oil change or body work. The work it self was average at best. I had a dent on the left rear door that they so called repaired and painted. After I I reviewed the repair I still could see a crease and there was tons of foreign material in the paint.
FYI of course the coffee was empty.
Very childish salesperson. Stopped in for a test drive, said I already had pricing from two dealerships, but if they wanted to quote me that was fine. Was very up front about I'd be going with best price. Received price, it was competitive, but then was harassed for two days straight if I made a decision again, and then when I asked them to match a deal I got scolded for wasting her time. Final response email from them was 'K'nothing else. Very childish when they appeared to not get the deal. Difference of $250 down and they would have had the deal but instead chose to whine about me not making a decision within 48 hours. Lost the sale and I won't be back any time soon. Justifies other reviews on here about this place, so just stay away!
I work very hard and saved all my money so that in May 2014, I could walk into this Jeep dealership and purchase a Jeep Liberty and this was the BIGGEST MISTAKE of my life. I remember the sales agent Stephen McIntosh mentioned that I reminded him of his daughter. I asked him if he would sale this jeep to his daughter and he said, "absolutely yes!" hahahaha.. HE IS A LIAR.
My jeep has been nothing but trouble. It has literally broken down piece by piece. Let me give you a summary of the problems I've had with my jeep: The routers and tires needed to be change withing few months, then the battery died, then the radio, then the water pump, then the AC, then the radiator. One day the steering wheel belt snapped in the middle of the freeway. A few months after, the car started leaking fluid into the passenger seat due to the heater breaking and now, the engine has broke and there is nothing left to break. I towed the car to the Jeep Dealership just so they could tell me the car is worth nothing. They don't even want to inspect it because it would be a waste of money.
How could they take my money and sell me such a bad car? They sold me a lemon. How could they not see how bad the car was?
I thought I could not trust a stranger selling their car online, but that I could trust Jeep. I feel betrayed, frustrated and extremely disappointed as a costumer.
This is the first time ever that my husband and I purchased or leased a vehicle other than GM. Our salesman Anthony Turner was absolutely amazing. His knowledge and thoroughness had us in a new Jeep in under 24 hours with absolutely no work on our part. We couldn't be more pleased with our service and will definitely be returning customers. Thank You Anthony.
The Morris'
Please do not even walk in the door here. They are scam artists in the sense of getting you in a lease of the most expensive package for your vehicle of your choice.
I saw the persons screen with many different prices on it. He kept searching through things like he was trying to find a deal. But I think it was which bank for the lease cut him the most commission. He made such claims as you have to get this $1000 package with this $900 package or this $800 package because banks want cars with higher end stuff with it so they get better money so they make it cheaper for you. Nowhere else did anyone even suggest we need all these expensive package. I do admit the Chevy place down the road also took forever trying to figure out the lease payments but without the B.S.
IF the SUV was not in stock they would not get it back in even if it was a brand new 2017 model.
On the other hand, we went to a Ford dealer and he could pull up the rates with 2017, Escape, Trim and maybe one more thing and WHALA! Here is your lease payment! If the 2017 Escape didn't have the 3rd seat taking room for the driver and had a uncomfortable seat. We are now looking at used Escapes and Fusions as a better option.
So far the best sales people we had were Skip at the Buick down the road, Thomas G. in Avis Ford in Southfield, and Marcus at Suburban Ford Used.
