This is an older hotel that has been updated to the current Holiday Inn Express standards. It is not as nice as the newer buildings, but it is still fully functional. No real issues, just some minor architectural defects that you don't see in newer buildings.

My boyfriend and i recently stayed there for one night. It was nice, clean, and very comfortable. We were able to go through a closer door straight to our room. The manager helped us get a better pricing, she was polite, calm, and patient with us. The beds were soooo comfortable, it was hard to get up in time for check out. I would recommend this hotel to anybody.

Easy access right off I696. Lobby was clean and bright. Employees extremely courteous and professional. Conference room was clean, private and spacious.

We were in town for a wedding and this was a great location. We checked in and our room smelled of strong cleaning chemicals so we asked to be moved into another room in which the manager was very sorry and put us into another room right away. The new room smelled of cigarette smoke and we do not smoke. We just decided to stay in it anyway because we were in a hurry to get to the wedding. The entire staff was very friendly and the free breakfast was awesome. It looks like they just did a quick make over of the hotel to make it look nicer.

Room was spacious, clean, and well apportioned. Bathroom was on the small side, but I was there alone, so it wasn't a big deal. Rooms were quiet (never heard the ice machine, even though I was right next to it). Friendly staff. Breakfast was typical for a Holiday Inn Express.

This is a great value. The room is fresh and clean. The breakfast is much more than stale muffins and coffee. It includes eggs and sausage and good coffee.

The price is very reasonable and the location is convenient.

This place was a delight to visit! Ms Ashlee at the front desk was super courteous and let us get to our room early. After a 12 hour drive, that was really appreciated! She also let us enjoy the complimentary breakfast that morning. The breakfast bar was somewhat cramped but had a delicious and wide selection of food! For a holiday inn, I was expecting Much Less. Had an awesome experience. Also want to give Ms Artrese a high approval as she worked tirelessly to keeping that breakfast bar stocked and tidy! Awesome visit. They say the bar for all other holiday inn visits in the future!!

It's a good hotel, good breakfast and the staff is friendly. Also occasionally does evening snack/meals, which is nice. Haven't been disappointed staying here yet.

Our family traveled from all over the U.S. to Celebrate the Life of my aunt. This was the only hotel in the Detroit area during our time of bereavement that was able accommodate us. Booking approximately 30 rooms and a meeting room. The staff was friendly, accommodating & attentive to all our needs. Special thanks to Samara (hotel sales). Good breakfast, nice & clean rooms!
We will definitely be back!

The staff is awesome but the property needs some work. It is starting to look more like a motel 8 at this point. With that being said it is clean. I wish the workout room could get bigger. Anymore than 1 person is too many.

The restaurant is not good at all. They offer free breakfast and I'm not sure it is worth it. Slow service and the service that you do get is lack luster.

The hotel is in a great location for business in Warren. With a little work this place would rate higher but at this moment I am not sure I will book there again.

Incredibly nice staff and very convenient location. I am here often as my business meets there for carpool. The workers are friendly and open which is nice as most places tend to be picky about that sort of thing. I often run in for coffee and a pit stop. Its in a place that has many points of access to, its especially nice being right off the freeway. And while I have never stayed overnight at this particular location if its anything like the holiday inns I have stayed at its lovely!

Four of us (adults) were in Michigan for the weekend and wanted a comfortable place to stay. The room was comfortable as were the beds. The breakfast was satisfying. Customer service was excellent, wonderful group of staff. Management should be very pleased with all of the staff. Nice quiet place to stay, central to our purpose. Would stay there again.
