Came here to play whirlyball and was surprised to see how run-down the equipment was A worker had to continue to grind on the contacts of a number of the cars during the games.
Still had a fun time but not that good
Fun place. Not cheap because each activity lasts 5 min. and costs $5 on average. Mini golf and mini bowling takes more time. Also they say they are open all day(arcade games are) but many activities start at 5pm on weekdays.
Has been around for a while, needs some updating, basketball courts in good shape, but rest could be better
We had a team outing as whirlyball which was a nice event. The co ordinator was good and helped us to learn about whirlyball and we ended up playing 2hrs. There are a lot off other events and food items. its a nice a great day to enjoy at the Joe Dumars. Appreciate all the people who are managing the place and making sure all the people are getting fun from their events.
I entered my son in a skills beginner basket ball class hear. Coach travis is truly amazing he got my son to run drills things i could never do. He loves b.b. now highly recomend this class and coach. Thank you
A great place to take younger kids on the weekend, and keep them entertained for hours.
So much fun when I went in past. Always something to do. I know now there's more to do.
Been playing volleyball here for years, staff is pretty nice. It would be nice if they groom their courts more often sands pretty uneven but soft.
Really fun place. There are activities for people of all ages. The focus points are the arcade, high ropes, rock wall, bumper cars, and laser tag.
No air conditioning. Prizes weren't the best. You're better off going to zap zone or CJ Barrymore
Went here for a team outing to play whirly ball, we had a blast. There were two issues worth mentioning. There is no service staff that serve the whirly ball area of the venue, so getting drinks and food took time away from the game. The cars are really best up and frequently malfunctioned. The game time is far too expensive to tolerate these limitations.
Good place for roller hockey but management could do a better job preparing rosters and leagues.
Was fun to get out and do something. But seriously!! I paid $60.00 for wrist bands for the kids to do 4 activities each and get a few tokens for games. There was nothing open for the 4 and 5 year old to do, everything was shut down. So instead of being honest and saying that there was nothing the little ones could really do there, they still took my money. When i asked for the kids to do activities such as the slide or the trampoline, they said sorry those are shut down. REally?!?! those were the only 2 activities that they could do. So when I asked for my money in return, instead, they gave me more tokens. I didn't come here to pay $60.00 for a bunch of tokens to play arcade games. I could have taken them to Chuck E Cheeses and had more fun and paid less money.
Will not be returning
The manager lied straight to my face about who forms the teams and was very disrespectful and said I was being sarcastic and he might answer my question if I wasn't. Another employee told me the truth. My husband had been diagnosed with cancer and I was going through major health issues. I left my sunglasses on during my daughters game because I felt berated and I couldn't stop crying I have always been nice to the employees Matt Koleski treated me and my daughter like we don't matter. Many times I asked for my daughter to be put on a different team because a boy on that team treated my daughter badly and inappropriate things were said. Both my daughter and son played here for years. Matt should not be in charge. He showed no respect to me or my daughter. In my opinion he should be fired.
Amazing venue for roller hockey. Two of our kids and my hubby play roller hockey non-stop. Staff is always friendly. Very reasonably priced food/drinks.
