Ryan and his staff have been outstanding. First, they lowered my premiums when I moved my insurance to them. Second, they continually have updated my insurance to cover my exposures and save premiums when I could. Third and most importantly, I had a large loss and they have personally stayed involved in the claims process making sure I wasn't just a number with a big insurance agency when I needed it the most. I highly recommend Ryan and his staff.

I have the great opportunity of writing a review of this agency; why? I have been with them for over 2 years and I appreciate their tendency toward being consistent with follow through. The individuals whom I have spoken with at Ryan Hendrix State Farm, Ashley, Nick, Patty, Bailey, have all been personable, knowledgeable, pleasant, courteous and willing to follow through with everything I have needed. My last birthday celebration was in February and I received a singing birthday telegram from the Ryan Hendrix group. Even such a seemingly minor thing as a singing birthday telegram, was very much appreciated by me and I want that known publicly. There is not always, in these days, a lot of professionalism and respect for the customer, but Ryan Hendrix and his staff, exhibits such qualities and such is greatly appreciated. Dr. Judith E. This is easily the best insurance agency I've done business with. I have 3 policies with them (car, renters and life) and they are always happy to answer questions and go over details. Their prices are fair and the coverage is superb. They will do a financial review upon request to help you figure out things like life insurance and financing which is an added bonus! If you are looking for insurance in Georgia this is the place to go!

Nick Howard, my agent, was informative, proactive, and got me some discounts I did not know I could get. We reviewed all of my policies and I feel better about my coverage now.
