This is a 3rd generation State Farm agent! Mark’s and his team are extremely knowledgable, they genuinely care about providing the most comprehensive coverage and make sure you understand the policy and benefits! Most important, when “life happens” :( State Farm and its team are there for you each step of the way!

You are treated like family. Excellent, personal customer service. Always available and they will go above and beyond to help with all questions and services. This agency is a family tradition, from my parents to my in laws, to us and now my children. No one else we would trust with all of our insurance needs.

I have been a customer with Jim Lanier's office for 3 years and they have the kindest and most knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend their office for all your insurance needs. The staff is so helpful, Mark and Jim Lanier make you feel like part of the family.
