I have had the opportunity to work with auto-dealers on two recent occasions for the purchase of my vehicle and then my mother-in-law's vehicle, both at two different dealerships, all within the last year and a half, before coming to Jenkins Nissan for the purchase of a truck for my husband. Danny Harrington answered all of my emails promptly and gave me the details I wanted to know. He made it worth the drive to Lakeland. Camille was also very good with closing the deal and she continued to give outstanding service even after the sale! I have always been very skeptical of auto dealers, particularly the finance department. I don't have any problems haggling and in fact, quite enjoy it. But I hate it when someone in finance assumes that all buyers are idiots. I'm very good at math, have an advanced degree and don't have much patience or respect for any auto finance department that attempts to pull the wool over a purchaser's eyes and continues to be pushy about it. This was NOT the case with Jenkins Nissan. Even the finance department remained professional and courteous through my preconceived skepticism and made sure we were happy! Jenkins Nissan had the best price for our new 2017 Nissan Frontier Crew Cab, everyone was very professional, courteous and proved that they were eager to make a deal. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

They were helpful and friendly. The low air pressure light lit up while driving one night. Pulled into the service department and they immediately looked at it. They filled all four tires up with the correct amount of air. They then drove the car back around to us. No charge for this service. The car was originally purchased at this dealership.

Purchasing here was such an easy process. Richard (Rick) Sevigny was super helpful. There's really no hassle. He was very straight forward on what he can and cannot do. There were some things that needed to be corrected on the car, but they're taking care of it us for us this week.
Definitely recommend Jenkins Nissan in Lakeland.

This was the easiest time I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. Kendall and Adrian in sales and John in financing made it a breeze. Everything was ready for me when I arrived at the dealership. Most of the prep work was done by Kendall via e-mail, which made it so much more convenient. I would recommend Jenkins Nissan to everybody. Actually, I already have.

Jenkins Nissan of Lakeland by far gave us not only the best price, but the best value for the car. Camille and Bill worked with me and got me the best deal. They were so nice and patient. They are right when they tell you "We are THE BEST Nissan dealership in the Southeast." This is absolutely true. The price, the service, the payment plans down to the interest was perfect. They were persistent and NOT pushy at all. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I will be purchasing more Nissan vehicles from this location going forward. You guys rock!

They are great here. They are helpful and everyone is always very pleasant. My only complaint is if I have an appointment, I should be able to have my car cared for at this time and not have to wait an additional 2.5 hours because it is so busy.

My wife and I had been searching for months to find the right vehicle at the right price and up until recently had been met with nothing but frustration. We decided to visit Jenkins Nissan after a recommendation from my Dad and also knowing one of the sales people. To say this trip was a success would be an understatement. We were greeted by James Bearden, who was a fantastic help to us! He was courteous, efficient, helpful, and above all else willing to listen and get us in the right vehicle at the right price. Dealt with Maribel Navarro, very satisfied with quick, friendly & knowlegeable service. Good value.
I had hoped to get an estimate for some minor bodywork on this visit but I forgot to discuss wit your rep and I guess she missed my request as well. Overall very satisfied with this dealership and will return for future service.
