They did a terrific, amazing job with my son's birthday party! He had a blast and the price was inexpensive and included a lot.
When I first walked into this bowling alley, I was definitely not impressed. It was dirty, the lanes were clearly outdated (at least 30 years old). There were only two other groups of people in there, but the staff decided to stick us right in the middle of the other two groups rather than on one of the other 35ish lanes located away from the other bowlers.
This would be a good place to bowl if you only have adults in your group, but if you're planning on bowling with children, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE YOU WANT TO GO! When I went in on 12/15/2017, my friend, her son, and I were placed on a defective lane. We were told that we only had 75 minutes to bowl as there was a party coming in. They tried for 15 minutes to get the lane working (the pins wouldn't reset) and eventually transferred us to another lane. When I went up to complain about the dysfunctional lane, one of the staff members told me "we're trying our best". If that's there best, they should think about choosing a different profession. This place is absolutely terrible. My friend's son is 8 years old and needs to use bumpers to bowl. On the second lane they put us on, the bumpers would not go up up when it was my friend's son's turn to bowl. The staff told us that we all would have to bowl with bumpers and that they were having trouble with the bumpers on several of the lanes. At this point, we had wasted a half hour in there not bowling a single frame. I knew at this point that there was no way that we'd be able to get two games in even if they could find a working lane to put us on. I asked for a refund which was granted, but received no apology from the staff for their defective bowling lanes. Oakfield Lanes is a bit more expensive, but I've NEVER had any problems there at all. For the $2-3 extra a person, I'd definitely recommend Oakfield over the Crossroads. I just could not comprehend how they can remain open when almost all of their lanes were defective in one way or another.
There was a group with a couple of kids who came in after us; they were originally placed on a defective lane as well. Fortunately for them, they were moved to one of the only working lanes in the alley. Unfortunately for us, there were literally no working lanes open at this point. So my friend and I wasted an hour of our time going to the absolute worst bowling alley I've ever been to. I used to bowl in a league as a child, so I've been to several bowling alleys all across the nation, and the Crossroads was by far the worst.
Crossroads also replaced their pool tables with an arcade, making it the only bowling alley that I know of that does not have pool tables. Overall, going to the Crossroads was simply a terrible experience. If you're looking to have a fun night out bowling, just go to Oakfield. It is close and worth the little bit of extra money to be able to bowl on lanes that aren't broken. I will NEVER step foot in Crossroads again and would highly recommend that anyone reading this head my warning and avoid this bowling alley.
As you can see, most of the people who have given this bowling alley five stars only have one google review. This means that they either work for the bowling alley or know the owner/management. Do not trust people who only give one review; it's nothing more than a scam to get your money.

Always have a great time bowling with the family here! There's a game room for the kids! New menu has brought great options, and the Bar atmosphere is great!
Went in for lunch and a drink. Good food and worth a stop for a drink. Not much of a bowler but it looked like people were enjoying themselves.
Great place to bowl. Lanes and approaches are maintained well. Prices are okay but it is best to go when they have a special.
I attended a birthday party here. The staff was very attentive and never left the sight of the group. They assisted the party goers with everything they needed. Super helpful. They also have a full vast lounge for adults only.
Great place to bowl! Very clean and tidy! Updated appliances that use touch screens to customize your score board, while being very budget friendly and a great family activity that doesn't break the bank. I don't even like bowling, but had a great time and will definitely come back soon.
We had our sons 6th birthday party there. We had our own attendee, he was very nice answered any questions we had and kept everything filled. The extra prices were reasonable along with the kids having a great time. Party pack prices were great too. Thank you so much we had a great time.
This was my first time being at Brandon crossroads Bowl center and the food was great! The kids had fun as well.
Great place to bowl, and as far as bowling alley food goes bcb is the best by far. It's a good place to go bowl during the day if you want to work on your game, and it's a fun place to go if you want to have fun with your friends at night.
Very nice place. Was there for my son's tournament. Employees very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms clean. Would go again if I lived in the area.
It's a good bowling ally I went their for a tornamement and the good thing was you can slid if you don't have changeable slides.
The food here is typical bar food but it's actually pretty good. I like their Buffalo Chicken salad a lot. They are known for their burgers but the chili dog is fantastic. I always get it with onions and mustard. Jessica works behind the bar and she always knows what we drink when we come in. The service is always on point.
