  The repair technician was very professional and knowledgeable. Answered all our questions. Technician came and assessed what was needed, ordered parts. Returned 3 business days later and installed parts. Everything works like new. Great communications regarding when he was coming and always arrived on time. Costs were very reasonable. I looked up the parts at several appliance parts online stores. I would have paid more just for the parts, than State Appliance Repair changed for parts and the whole repair. These guys are honest and trustworthy.

  My refrigerator stopped cooling, so I decided to call State Appliance Repair. They were very responsive to my request. Kevin called me to inform me that he was on his way for my appointment. He was very courteous, professional and informative about my issue. He showed me the buildup in my appliance. He worked, never stopping until he finished…cleaned up, put my shelves back and was outstanding! Price was fair and I will be keeping his number!!! Thanks for helping me with my dilemma …Great job!

  Response time was great. Service was thorough, complete and informative. Great experience with Kevin, and we are absolutely going to use them in the future! We’ve got plenty of work to do in this old house. We are grateful we finally found someone reliable.

  My tech came out and gave me an estimated for my clogged washer. It was a bit high so I asked him if he could go down just a little bit he said no and then I said OK I will take the price anyway but then he walked out saying he had an emergency call and I asked him several times are you gonna come back? I want the job done he said no and said he won’t take the job very unprofessional and strange encounter.

  Kevin fixed a water leak in my 2008 LG refrigerator. He was the epitome of excellent service: Courteous, quick, knowledgeable, efficient, neat, thorough and - most important of all - dead on with his diagnosis and repair. Price was very reasonable; service was exemplary. I will call these guys for any appliance issues (and probably anything else that might need work, in hopes they will take that on as well). Very highly recommended.
