  Great experience with this company! Marcus has done a great job keeping me updated on a collection and actually collecting on a balance I didn't think I'd ever receive payment from. Will definitely refer other business owner's to Marcus and his team!

  I contacted Jon because we had some difficulties in getting payment from a tenant who has already moved from the commercial property. This was out third and final attempt to collect on the past due they owed. In three weeks, the tenant had a check for the past due amount. Very happy and definitely recommend . They handled everything with professionalism and manners. Thanks!!!!

  I have been using agencies for over 15 years. Jon is an amazing account manager. He not only keeps me updated on my accounts, but has answered any questions I may have. We have worked together which has helped me with my inhouse collections as well. The group of collectors work my accounts harder than any other agency I have used and actually listen when I have accounts I want worked in a specific way. Highly recommend!
