Not professional at all. I was literally on my way to an appointment (an hour away from my home) and scheduled before Christmas. Then they called me with twelve different excuses why they couldn’t service me (as I was on my way!). The lady with a migraine called me… ummm if you have a migraine you’d be on your back in bed. I’ve had a few and I sure wouldn’t be calling clients. Then after I canceled a MONTH later they sent me a text for an appointment I NEVER MADE. 🫣🫣🫣 Seriously??? The place looks nice in the pictures but the unprofessionalism, disorganization, and cheap Google phone service ran me off. I found a place that took me and was right on my way to ĀVIA that canceled. Modern Medical Spa. I was completely blown away by their professionalism and willingness to take me on short notice. It was SUCH a relief bc I was very freaked out by ĀVIA. I got amazing services and will definitely go there from now on. I’m totally disappointed in this company and even though it seems they offer great services, I can’t help but wonder if the positive reviews are fake and paid for, because my experience with them was INSANELY disastrous and disappointing. 😥

I have had PRP with Microneedling, Under Eye PRP, Botox, Hydrafacial and Dysport. Everything was painless with great results. The team at Avia will make you feel comfortable and pay attention to every detail of all results desired.

Avia Medspa is one of the best places for Medspa services - I have been coming here for 3 years and always get top notch treatments and service. Debbie and April always make sure that you get the best services and are honest and trustworthy. Love this place for skin all my skincare needs, such as fillers, Botox, PRP, hydra facial and more…

I had a wonderful experience at Avia Medical Spa. Debbie and her technician made me feel very comfortable during my hair removal treatment. After just one treatment, I have already seen a drop in hair growth. Thank you!

It was my first time at AVIA Medical Spa and second time seeing Debby. I had an amazing experience from beginning to end. The spa was extremely clean and the procedure was fast and painless. I hate needles, but she walked me through each step of the process and kept me calm throughout. I recommend this spa to anyone looking for injections or skincare.
