This place needs to be under investigation for giving out private information to strangers. They give your name and birthdays to people that they don't even verify who they are talking to. The people they do this to should start a class action lawsuit! Caroline Evans should be fired and so should Robert Nagle!

I was not aware of going to collections until I received a notification from Experian of a collection on my credit. I have never had a collection before so I made sure to call right away, I didn’t know what to expect. I could not have that on my credit, I called and spoke to Mike he was very informative and let me know if I’m able to take care of the payment it would be taken off my report. I did what I had to do and now I feel so much better. Thank you for being kind and not the “typical” debt collector Mike!

I had a collection from 5 years ago come up on my credit alerts. Gave this company a call and talked with Robert Nagle as they were the company that put the collection on my report. I moved around alot and it was a bill that never caught up to me. Easily paid it over the phone. Robert explained it would be removed once it was paid. My wife warned me not to call with an attitude demanding things. I should listen to my wife more. Easiest interaction with a debt collector which earned a review.
