I asked for a Gran'da in a Ven'te cup of Pikes with steamed 2%..my first cup was old taste and they put cold, rather steamed 2%, refill was even worseRather than change out either cup they, Laughingly said they would make a new potyet instedgave me the same..

Stopped in to finish up some schoolwork while on the road. Shoutout to Ty for making the experience awesome! He greeted me and other guests with a smile and humor. Came outside to check if the drink was made well. He makes the atmosphere so much more enjoyable and cares about the work he does! Would come back again!

I ordered my frappe online and it showed that money was drawn from my card but all of my previous orders and order activity was gone despite ordering online a lot. I waited at least half an hour to see if my order went through and it never did, but an employee (I believe his name was Bryan F.) immediately fixed my order for me and gave me a number to call about my Starbucks profile. He was very polite and respectful. He solved my problem quickly and I was very pleased by his service. He deserves a shout out.

Good. Enjoyed the breakfast and coffee.a bit on the high side. But it was enjoyable. Need to have someone wipe the tables, as they were sticky.

Super quick .. girl messed up my order gave me both drinks smaller than i paid for but the guy made it 100% right. Gave me what I paid for and gave my husband one size up. Great staff, easy access off highway. Perfect little spot

This locations is always staffed with friendly baristas who are helpful and kind no matter how busy they are. I feel safe at this location, and always receive consistent service.

It was great to find this Starbucks during our trip from Nashville to Chattanooga. Location is easy to get in and out of. Was busy, but we ordered ahead with the app and no problems!

Over the course of 5 years and many trips from Atlanta to Nashville, this was my necessary stop every road trip. They have free wifi and make excellent espresso drinks.

The atmosphere is warm and inviting. I enjoyed spending some time here working on my laptop. The only [small] complaint I have is that my drink wasn't mixed very well, so I had to stir it. (Not a big deal.) All in all, this is a great Starbucks!
