Terrible. Do not stay here. Run down rooms, terrible customer service, noisy neighbors.

It was an awful experience, once I arrived the staff offered NO type of customer service. The room was decentthe sheets were dirty, the "high-speed internet" that was promised did not even working until I went to the lobby, the bathroom was decent. The only good thing about this place, it was directly in front of the West Town Mall. You can definitely get a better room & service somewhere else. Overall this was an awful experience but I guess you get what you pay for. I left ASAP the next morning.NOT WORTH THE STAY!

Hotel is very run down and dated. Needs new carpet furniture and TV in my room was broken. Visible dirt everywhere along the base boards. Breakfast was hard sausage patties, nasty preformed over cooked eggs cold gravy and cold biscuits. Majority of the electrical outlets need replacing as they are loose and won't hold a phone charger. Excessive cigarette butts in all the flower beds. Flat out the hotel needs updates and a new management staff that cares about the place.

poor experience. beds not that comfortable. inappropriately sized towels--only two provided for four people and when you've been driving for 16 hours straight all you want is a proper towel to take a shower with but you can't have it because they give you hand towels to dry your body with. then charged me twice and won't remove the charge--i'm glad it was only a passing through visit!
