  Went in to get a quote for new tires and an alignment. John at the counter was very helpful and made me feel like my business is welcome. I have been other places that just seem like they cant be bothered to help you. After receiving the quote I asked to schedule an appointment thinking it would probably be next week since it is the day before thanksgiving and they were pretty busy. They were able to fit me in that day and have my car good to go an hour later. Will definitely be returning here for future car needs.

  An auto shop you can trust. I have taken my cars here and have always been happy with the quality, speed of service, and politeness. But my top reason is trustworthiness. The manager has been my mechanic for over 20 years and I trust him to tell me the truth and not take advantage of the fact that I don't know anything about cars. They do a great job of communicating when they find the problem and when the job is complete. It is the only place I will take my cars because of the trust and the quality of service I receive.

  Bought brand new tires there. Wanted air checked.told had to wait til someone available.

  Stripped nut for drain plug, forgot to re-attach mass air flow sensor at least 4 times, screwed up the mileage on my sticker at least twice, etc. How can you trust someone who can't add 3,000 to the mileage on the car to record the correct number? I came to this location several times out of shear convenience, and they continued to let me down little by little every time, even just limiting them to oil changes only. Customer service is good, but he's just the person shielding who you put your faith in, the mechanic. I'll never go back, they took me for granted

  Very friendly and very thorough. I have all my tire and brake work done here. Only complaint is they source parts from Napa, and the markup is painful. Recent set of ceramic brake pads were invoiced for $80, when the equal quality pads from Advance Auto were $48. I would do MUCH more preventative maintenance if the parts were not so prohibitively expensive. All work is top notch though, so the labor charges are well earned.

  Took our vehicle here for an oil change after going to Pep Boys and being told that the oil pan needed replaced. They were able to fix Pep Boys damage and fix the issue without having to get a new oil pan. Great, friendly, communicative staff. I would absolutely recommend this place!

  My Good Sam Road Assistance sent Star Tire to replace a flat tire I had just 4 miles north of Lafayette on I-65 South. They arrived in 45 minutes and after another 30 minutes to replace the flat with my spare I was back on my way to Prophetstown State Park just outside of Lafayette.
  
  I asked them to take the blown tire and wheel with them and put a new tire on. Made an appointment two days later to replace the mounted spare with the new tire and put the spare back under the RV where it is stored.
  
  When I got my bill, they charged me for the new tire and a few misc small items (tire disposal fee and shop supplies) but did the mounting, balancing, installing, and replacement of the spare to its storage rack at no additional charge.
  Extremely fair pricing.
  Very friendly staff.
  Very knowledgeable about tires.
  No attempt to sell me an expensive tire I did not require.
  Fast service.
  Great and satisfying experience.
  I left happy!
  What more can I say?
