Awesome service and went above and beyond. Called and made an appointment ahead of time. When I got there it was incredibly busy, but they promised they'd get me out in under an hour. Fixed my flat for free (got the tire from there) and when my car died in the parking lot one of the employees grabbed his personal vehicle to jump me. Customer service so good I was inclined to write a review.

Place is a joke. Waited in line both times of being here for at least 15 mins while other people behind me walk out! Was told in the first place we would get a 130 dollar Black Friday rebate which was false then set the appointment up for them to install the tires they said they ordered. Showed up for the appointment and my tires were not here or ordered and they failed to call and tell me any of this! I will not be back I'd rather walk!!!!

The employee who helped me, Mason was great. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. The service was very quick as well! Replaced all four tires and also willingly looked at other areas of concern, which was extremely kind of them.

VERY busy place, felt rushed checking in and checking out. I got 4 new tires here. They lasted 18 months before they needed replaced.

I really like this store. They are friendly and professional. I have bought tires here and had tire rotations done also. Since I tow campers around the country, I put a lot of miles on each month. I like more air pressure in my tires than usual to help with the camper weights. They have always put that pressure in my tires.

This place has become my go-to place for new tires. Though I only stop in once every few years, their staff is always courteous and helpful, even in the face of rude and irate customers. Their pricing is a bit higher than other places, but they often have sales that even things out. Despite how busy they are, they always seem to get me out in less than an hour and a half. I've also brought in tires online from Discount Tire Direct and had no issues getting them installed here.

I went in today around 5:00 p.m. with a tire low on air. Not only did they fit me in (three other places couldn't fit me in), they diagnosed AND fixed the problem for free. The staff are friendly knowledgeable, and fast. I will most certainly return in the future. I highly recommend Discount Tire Store in Lafayette! Thank you for your amazing service.

I set an appointment for the specific purpose of getting in and getting my car taken care of. I wound up with a flat yesterday and currently rolling on a spare. I walked in and they were busy, I get that. However, 3 people walked away. Nobody even acknowledged me for 10 minutes. This was my only free time to do this for 3 days. Then when I finally spoke to someone it was already almost 4:30 and I only had half an hour left. He said it "probably won't" be ready in time. I'm annoyed with the fact that so many people walked by and/or away. No body but these three gentlemen at the desks could take my keys and get my car on my merry little way??? Sad, I heard so many good things about them too.

Amazing customer service. We rolled in with a blown tire five minutes before close and we still had to make it to Milwaukee- the spare tire was not going to cut it. These guys took the time to get us a new tire and wheel (our wheel was completely blown through!) so we could make it safely back home. They even gave us a sweet discount. Highly recommend!

Rolling on my 4th set of wheels I have purchased from this very location. Got 3 more sets set on my sister's and parent's vehicles. Definitely the spot for tires and wheels. Super friendly and helpful staff. Huge selection of tires often at prices well below the other places. My most recent purchase was a set of Continental Control Contact Touring for my Civic, all said and done for under $600 after mail in rebate. Solid price for a tire with 90,000 warranty. Discount Tire also has the best website for research, warranty details, and reviews. My only complaint is a lack of tire alignment services at the Lafayette location. It's great to get tire rotation and balancing, free air checks, and quick tire repair here. But having to go elsewhere for an alignment puts some doubt to any warranty claim which I experienced a few years ago since some tire maintenance was done elsewhere - this is an odd issue, hope gets addressed soon to keep Discount Tire rolling at the top of the game.

I have been to the Lafayette, IN location on 2 different occasions. They have always been really helpful and understanding that sometimes a blown tire isn't in a single mother's budget. Clean and fresh coffee both times also. Really pleased and I will continue to visit and refer my friends and family. THANKS EVERYONE!!!
