Drivers are expected to know what to do even though there are no signs telling you what to do. There will be a very angry black man yelling at you if you pull into the gate even know there are no signs instructing you not to do so. Yeah that makes a lot of sense don't put any signs up instructing you what to do and then yell at you when you inevitably do something that they don't want you to do
