Best blackened grouper I've had at any restaurant in the area. It's better than all the restaurants I've had it at on the island. I also love the rustic atmosphere this hidden gem provides. Everything has always been A+++ here. Very unique place to eat.

Fabulous casual fish place. Everything is local and cooked in front of you

Outstanding seafood and cool location right at the marina. Prices are reasonable as well. Be cool yourself as you will wait in line to order as this is a very popular spot. Lighten up and take the time to enjoy it all.

The food was delicious, once the order was done correctly.
The atmosphere was the best BUT I was not happy with the hollering in my ear every time someone’s order was ready!

This place is located in the historic village of Cortez. You can buy fresh caught fish in the shop at the front and you can eat a la carte direct at the waterfront. Usually we don't eat fish, but we had a tryand this was delicious. Since than we always come back for the grouper sandwich.

Best place ever to get shrimp. I get shrimp every year I come to Anna Marie Island. We always look forward to go there for fresh sea food. Love it!

Family was in Orlando. Made the trip out to the beach and ended up here for lunch. It was great. Everything we order was so fresh and delicious. Will be back next time we are in Florida.

If your lookingforfresh fish, this is the place to go. Backside is a small marina with access to the gulf of Mexico. Moderately priced This is a must if your in the area.

I can't believe it took so long to find out about this place, but the secret is out. Star Fish has some of the freshest and best tasting seafood in the area. I love grouper and the sandwich is amazing, but everything on the menu is great.
The hushpuppies melt in your mouth and watch out for the specials as well. Be advised there's a bit of a wait during busy times. It's all outdoors and they only take cash.response / report this review
