Very nice. Farm animals and some exotics like a zebra, camel and lemur. But the baby goats are by far the cutest and most fun. It's nothing fancy, but it is fun for kids 10 and under if they like animals. For the price, it's hard to beat. We'll be back.
This farm is super cool. They have a market open spring, winter and fall. When available, you can go out and pick your own produce. They have an ice cream parlor, petting zoo and playground, providing a fun afternoon for the family; you can bring a picnic! They also host the legendary Pumpkin festival: plenty of vendors, activities, shows; a good all day event. They just a Christmas festival, tons of lights along the walking paths, train and hay rides! Really a great, family oriented place!
If you're interested, they also host field trips, birthday parties, and weddings!
Wonderful time that was super fun and family friendly fun to nth degree.
The entertainer was incredible. I think he performed for 3 hours before taking a break
Incredibly fun time for the entire family. Lights and petting zoo were my personal FAV! Good food at good prices. The absolute BEST tomatoes in the land!
This is a great place to spend a day! They have camping, and pick your own crops also a full produce stand, fair prices great people. I go to there Pumpkin Festival every year, it is the best! My favorite is the pioneer village and the blacksmith! Do not miss any of this!!
We went for the pumpkin festival, but it's more of a carnival than a festival. It seemed well-run, but if you have kids it might be a little expensive as there is a charge for almost every activity. Also, the animals looked a bit stressed and rough for wear. It could have been the stress from the event, so I cannot comment on the conditions generally. I did buy one of the farm's homegrown, seedless watermelons and it was the best watermelon I've had in years.
Hunsader Fall Festival is a great time. Food, corn maze, butterfly garden, petting zoo, zip line and power jump to name a few. Prices were reasonable. Family fun Activities for all!
It was such a hot day but the Pumpkin Festival was really good. So many activities so much food and art and animals. It's really "cool".
Lots of fun and lots to do. My only gripe is that there is nowhere to get water. We usually limit sugar and caffeine, but had to choose between soda, lemonade, and ice tea. With a kid/family focused event, it seems like there should be somewhere to get plain water.
A little on the expensive side compared to other fall-type festivals. The field that you park is quite rough for cars. I recommend going in a truck or something that can handle the very rough terrain. There is a good variety of things to do. The kids enjoyed the fair-food truck.
Came here for the u-pick , had a great time ! It's a very neat place to go an spend the day. The staff was nice and helpful , the tomato's , squash and zucchini we picked taste great.
Sassy and unprofessional attitude when replying to a children's field trip group review! Don't book a field trip here if you want mediocre service and experience for children. Short hay ride and a dead plants is the memory they left with. So sad. So much potential!
This is a great hidden gem. The pumpkin festival is great and very popular. But you can also come here during the week for the market, petting zoo, and playground.
My favorite pumpkin festival! We come every year. The craft fair always provides great finds. The included entertainment is good family fun and the prices on the extra items are decent. Many of the games and souvenirs that charge extra go to local charities. It's obvious the people who put on the festival love it as much as we do!
Pumpkin Festival is my favorite!! So many pumpkins, vendors, food and shows. You can literally spend an entire day here and enjoy yourself!! I'm bringing my family here this year with my nieces, it will be great! You can find all the information needed on their website, that's where I found it.
