We have been with Stafford for years. Had an issue with the furnace and we had a next day appointment (could have been same day but I had to reschedule). Tech called when he was on route and fixed the problem. Matt (the tech) was courteous and took the time to answer my questions so I would have a better understanding of how our furnace works and what I can to for "self service". My dad always says "you get what you pay for" and I feel we are getting a great value for our dollar.

WONDERFUL COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!! Have been a Stafford customer for 5+ years now. I've never had an issue getting a delivery on time, in fact this winter I forgot to check my tank, called Stafford, and they made a delivery that same day with no problems. The driver (Bob?) was very nice.
