Excellent job done on time. From Deven (sales and estimate) to Eddie and Evan (installation), floor was done as advertised and looks great! All very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Very nice upgrade to our garage and a good investment…highly recommended!

My floor looks beautiful. The crew (for the most part) we’re real professional. One of the crew members was on the phone constantly and I was concerned he might miss a spot or to. But it don’t seem he did, I was just nervous. I don’t remember the crews names but again it looks GOOD.

In the fall we had hired a company who had come highly recommended to do our garage floor. The final work product looked absolutely amateurish and my husband and I were in complete disbelief that these guys were still in business! Without going into all of the details, I contacted Polypro to come out and look at the floor to get their professional assessment of how to correct the numerous problems we were faced with. Steve came out and gave me an assessment of what would need to be done to fix the problem - basically the whole floor would need to be redone. I told Steve I was so upset about how this company handled the situation that I didn't want them back on my property and that we would hire them to fix it. Rather than be opportunistic and take the job, Steve recommended we contact the initial company and give them a chance to do what's right. In the end, with a lot of pressure put on this company to do what's right, they did redo our floor, without any apology or admission that their first job was second rate. I learned from this experience to get everything in writing and to not do any verbal contracts at all. I also learned that if you get your floor done, make sure you hire a company who will go over with a fine tooth comb all of the details involved in completing the job. With all this being said, if I had to do it all over again, I would have hired Polypro in the first place! Their price was also lower too, I might add. Thanks, and have a nice day!
