  I have been to several places looking for an estimate for installing LVP. Customer representative was nice and showed me lots of options. They came within a couple days to do an estimate. Never received the estimate. Still waiting . . . Taking my business somewhere else.

  Ashley and Mario have gone above and beyond to redeem themselves and their company. My new floors and stairs look amazing and were put in, in 2 days! No easy feat when working around a busy house with little kids. Everyone that comes over compliments them. They laid the vinyl right over my tile. One thing I wasn't expecting was how comfortable they are to walk on barefoot. Not cold and hard like my previous tile floors. We hope to enjoy them for many years.

  I couldn’t be happier with the results of my flooring from Big Bear! Mario, Ashley have been an absolute pleasure to work with, demonstrating such professionalism. The flooring is high quality material and the crews that installed were so respectful and friendly.

  Big Bear Flooring and their team is, responsive, reasonably priced with comparable rates to other companies and provides quality work. I would definitely use them again and recommend them if you need any flooring done.

  We had contacted a few flooring companies in Salt Lake City area and were most impressed with our first contact with Big Bear and accepted the invitation to visit their facility. Ashley and Mario operate a true family business. They were direct and forthcoming in explaining quality, pricing and installation. We explained our requirement to get done quickly and their response was amazing. Their bid was on the mark and our flooring was finished the following week. Their installers we pleasant, efficient and intent on a job well done. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!

  The team at Big Bear Flooring was great to work with. They were responsive and professional and everyone was incredibly friendly. They communicated well through every step of the process, and Ashley was so understanding and accommodating towards the needs of our family throughout the process.
  
  I’m in awe of our beautiful new floors and the attention to detail in the installation, and I really can’t say enough good things about the installation crew. They were friendly, efficient, and left every workspace clean when they were done.
  
  I could go on and on about the team at Big Bear Flooring. I’ve already recommended them to several people and I will definitely use them for future flooring needs.
