The staff is great they're very friendly. I took my dog there for the first time as I just moved to the area and was recommended to come here to have my dog's anal glands expressed. However, the lady who brought me back was not the one that was going to be doing it we had to wait for an older gentleman who I believe was a vet to do it. That's when it went bad. I watched him walk out of the exam room just getting done doing an operation on a cat and he never removed his gloves. Instead he washed his gloved hands with soap and water then sanitized it and then proceeded to do the anal glands on my dog and told me why I should have them removed after I told him that my other vet had advised against it for the time being. He still continued to basically scold me of why I needed to remove them was very rough with my dog and it is very unsanitary he should have put new gloves on to do the procedure on my dog. Definitely will not be going back here again.

My first visit at this clinic was excellent and everyone there is top notch. Took really good care of my bird and treated her so very well. The assistants were awesome and the doctor was great. Strongly recommended.

We have 2 dogs, a 6 year old and a 2 year old. We've been using this vet clinic since day one. We got them both spayed here with no problem. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We've used the boarding facility once without any problems. I bathe my own dogs so I haven't used the grooming side.

Haven't really had any problems with the vets here. Some of the ladies in the front desk were kind of scattered brain. They had their own conversations while assisting me and it took a minute to get everything filed. Other than that, facility was great, people were great, and my dog was taken care of.

I brought my dog in to be spayed and have her dewclaws removed. As a trauma nurse in the army, I know what good sutures look like and this vet is beyond incompetent. Her belly was stitched in a jagged line and her dewclaws were barely even stitched up! The stitches fell out within hours and her feet ended up getting horribly infected. I had to pay an addition $200 to fix a mistake that they had made. When I complained, the ladies at the front were rude and bitchy. No respect for customers or their pets. DONT EVER GO HERE!

Professional and friendly services at St. Bethlehem Animal Clinic. I took my cat for a physical exam and they prescribed antibiotics for an infection… Vets were professional and their techs seemed competent highly recommended.

The vet tech who did the intake for my dog gave my daughter a tour in the back, after my daughter mentioned she wanted to become a veterinarian.

My dog was suffering from nasal congestion for a week when a friend of mine recommended me Dr Ronald Whitford.. as told by him, dr Ronald was very professional and knowledgeable. My dog is fine now and I have no words to thank the doctor and his team.

Dr. Whitford has the most helpful staff ever…. they are all very knowledgeable, helpful and make sure that you are comfortable throughout your visit…. their facility is very well equipped and their procedures are also more affordable as compared to other clinics.

Everyone is on here bashing this place. I couldn't have had a better visit here. I took my 13 week old puppy here yesterday 3/14. I was a little worried because all the bad reviews on here but they are they only place I could find within 100 miles to do his ears. So I took him and I couldn't be happier. They did a awesome job and took very good care of him. I will refer everyone I know there. I will also take all my dogs there for now on. Thank you guys for the great job and care of my Cane Corso

My initial experience with St Bethlehem Animal Clinic was great. I thought I finally found a vet for my dogs. However, after a second visit things changed. I took my German Shepherd to be seen because of his allergies. She put him on a medication called Temaril-P, the side effects caused him to have diarrhea. I called the clinic multiple times trying to reach a doctor for assistance. Each time I was told that someone would get back to me. Yet, know one did.
