I was introduced to Hounds Tooth & Cats Meow through an ad in the Jtown Magazine, and I am THRILLED with their customer service, work, and treatment of our pet (Sammy). Carla took time to talk to me about his diet and to give me recommendations for a solution to another problem my cat was having. Truly, I've never been so happy with a groomer before, and we will absolutely be back! Thank you so much!

This place was absolutely amazing, I have 2 dogs with which one is very temperamental so I know it's not the easiest task dealing with him but the hounds tooth completes the task every time with amazing quality at that I am blown away every time. Just as I thaught it couldn't get any better they blow my mind every time. Good job guys, great hair cuts, amazing service, clean environment, I love it I wouldn't go anywhere else if someone paid me to. The crew is so friendly it almost feels like family walking in. Once again good job guys.

These people are the REAL DEAL!
If you are like us, your four legged family are just as important to you as children. So when we had a bad experience with another groomer, we started shopping for a new one. This place is expensive, but you get what you pay for and more! Our girls have never looked better, and we really felt like they were in tune with what we wanted.

I don't know what they did to my father's dog while trimming her nails, but when she came out her teeth were bleeding and she had abrasions on her gums, as if they had something wrapped around her bottom jaw, INSTEAD of a muzzle that I even offered to buy before they began. I'm EXTREMELY upset and am going to contact the owner. I see they have security cameras in the back, which I hope the owner reviews and can tell me what they used on her mouth. The woman said she does NOT even own any animals!!! I will NEVER return and I will spread the word about my dad's dog's horrific exp

Great groomer! My baby girl, looks the best she's ever looked. I will not go anywhere else. They treat the babies with great love and care. My dogs are super happy after getting their hair cut with these guys!!

I have 8 dogs, 4 of which need a good groomer. I checked online and read that See Spot Grooming was rated the best so I took one of the dogs there. They did such a terrible job that I told them right there I wouldn't be back. Today I took my special needs dog Buddy to the Hounds Tooth. I WILL be going back to the good folks at the Hounds Tooth. They treated Buddy like royalty and he looks and feels great. Lesson? Don't trust those 'voter rating' sites. When the dogs are happy, Momma is happy. Thanks to everyone at the Hounds Tooth!

Was able to get a same day appointment to have my English Bulldog bathed and groomed. The personnel at the salon were very knowledgable and kind. My dog is a rescue and is fearful of almost all strangers, but she immediately relaxed and went with them. I picked her up 2 hrs later and she was beautiful and in a good mood. They paid special attention to her rough paws and sensitive skin areas as well as offering good advice to help me with her diet. I travel for a living and live in hotels with my dog so it is essential to keep her clean. I am so glad I located this salon!
