Wow ! Let me start by saying I moved to Texas from Las Vegas 7 years ago. Everything over there is a lot newer compared to Arlington. I love there are (stores,parks, gym Drs) everything is local. The Apts we have lived in got bought out. Two times that happened to us. They went down hill so bad! When we noticed an apt opened up we jumped on it ! . They don't take long to fill in and I know know why !! Their office staff are so nice and friendly !. Their maintenance team is beyond amazing !! Like I'm use to having to call every few days and weeks go by nothing being fixed. Here they came to fix to issues next day ! (I informed them at 3pm previous day. So, understandable ) he knew what was wrong and fixed the issue Quick and even welcomed me how nice !. I can go on and on !. Our neighbors super friendly ! People are quiet and accepting of my son who can be loud (Autistic and Sensory processing) LOVE LOVE LOVE !
Update
Parking is getting bad hopefully they do a system with the cars. Too many people having multiple people moving in under one lease. If they can't afford it they shouldn't be moving inresponse / report this review -

Great place to live. They just remodeled the pool and gym. The gym is 24 hrs 7 days a week and has all the exercising equipment you could hope for. The pool is nice with a hot tub too. It's also usually not too crowded.

The parking is TERRIBLE because there aren't any. If you aren't home by 7:00, expect to park at the front gate. Staff is nice but they definitely need assigned parking! I don't like walking from the front of the complex at night with my daughter, it's just not safe.

I just signed a lease with this apartment complex and I must say the office staff is incredible! Extremely friendly and very professional. My roommate and I had a complicated situation with trying to apply because I am here in Texas and she is still in Hawaii and the staff did everything they could to make it as easy as possible for us. Rather than having us go in to apply they emailed us both applications and had us send them back into them via email. They stayed in contact with me over the past week trying to get everything handled as quickly as possible so that we could move in very quickly. I can tell the management and staff cares a lot about their residents. This is my first time moving into a "real" apartment complex as my other apartments were owned by UTA and considered student living. I was overwhelmed at first with going around viewing different locations but when I walked into this location I knew this is where I wanted to live. When I walked in a lady by the name of Kristen Mann greeted me and I began asking her questions about everything. She gave me a great tour of the location and I was very impressed with everything. I am very excited to be moving into this apartment complex.

My family has lived at St Andrews for almost two years now and love it! We lived in some scary apartments before moving here, and haven't had a single problem since! The manager Michelle is great, the office staff is always very nice. The maintenance staff is so fast and efficient at getting anything fixed. I love that the apartments all have alarms and that it's gated. We have lived in two different units (we moved into a bigger one when we had a child) and haven't had any issues with noise or neighbors. Our neighbors are all very nice! Overall it's a very quiet community, which we are all about. They have food trucks that come every week and occasionally do fun movie nights in the pool. They just remodeled the gym and it's great, and open 24/7! The pool is gorgeous!
