Just moved in and already having roach problems when I called the office I felt that I was accused of bringing them from my last apartment when I never had any roach issues before moving here. I've only been here for a week and roaches are crawling all over the carpet and the pantry area in addition to roach problems you can't even use the on site laundry area because the washer are constantly full of water and food pieces it's so gross and unsanitary. If you can move somewhere else do so because you will have roaches in your apartment no matter how clean you keep it. They claim to be coming to the apartment Monday to spray but after reading other reviews I doubt it will help.
Update: Has not even been here two weeks and the master bedroom/bathroom/closet just lost power. So yay on top of having a roach problem that i didnt cause now I don't have power in my room. I will be making a call to the corporate office about these issues this is just getting ridiculous.response / report this review -

This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. During the summer, the thermostat wouldn't go below 85 and the office staff/maintenance just told me that I'm on 2nd floor and the building has poor insulation. They refused to fix it. It was miserably hot. The water pressure stopped working about 2 months ago. About 4-5 mins into my showers I lose hot water and water pressure. Now we have roaches that won't go away. All of my neighbors have them too. The office staff is rude and unhelpful. They say they do things when they don't. They sent me a completed work order notice saying they fixed something and I was there all day and never left the apartment after making the complaint and no one came by to fix the issue. so they out right lied to me! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!

This place is the worse!! Roach infested and rats! The staff does nothing about it. The staff and pest control works together to cover themselves and lies about coming to treat your place every mondayI'm home every monday. I have kids and my neighbor has kids with a newborn and they are sick because rats carry diseases and bacteria. Then they want you to pay to move and put it on your credit because of there neglect..AGAIN DONT MOVE HERE!!

Worst place to live ever. Don't even waste your time office staff is never there until it's time to collect rent and the matinence is slow as hell getting to you. STAY AWAY!!

This year one of the hottest summers on record in the state of Texas 2017 thus far have not had working air conditioner the entire six months I've been here, when it rain waters leaks from the ceiling still hasn't fixed maintenance has been out 3 times for my air not working properly then have the audacity to ask me what I have my thermostat set on, that's irrelevant my a/c should work properly no manner what it's set on, they don't offer to adjust billing for their failing amenities they are suppose to provide and repair. Worst place ever and will be filing an complaint with housing authority.

This place is cheap for a reason. The place is full of ghetto people. There's always cops around because of the people that live here.Basically, you get what you pay for.

This place is terrible. We have had constant problems with the maintenance here. We didn't have a properly working ac for a year and a half. They constantly change maintenance and always would just say it needs freeon. No it took 1.5 yrs for them to realize there was a bigger problem. This is Texas we don't get constant temps. Went out in November (like it did every month) they said o well we wont touch it til march when it warms up. It was still regularly 80+ outside! There was a problem with the electricity not working and they said not their problem, said its external. Ended up being their problem and internal. Took 3 days to finally have electricity working. These apartments are poorly made. The stairs and railing are not bolted to the wall well and walking on them it always shakes which makes people very uncomfortable. Management is never any help. They dont care about any problems youre having. They cant seem to get the dates right for your lease. Even after you prove to them by showing them the lease when it actually runs up. My direct neighbors are very nice but there are a lot of people in this place with no respect. Theyre smoking drugs outside, throwing trash wherever they please. You can always guarantee you will walk outside and find trash bags ripped open around the parking lot and trash just everywhere. People will hang out around the property and drink and you will find empty beer bottles/cans around. We could never use the pool because when it is open maybe 1 month out of the yr there are people having sex in it. This place is just awful. Run away!!

Because I love it because my grandma lives there and she told me its very great and I bend over there and plus now she's closer to me and I just like it because they have good comfortable floors and couches you know it's nice you should really know that don't listen to any bad reviews trust me I've been there

Never move here!!! Infested with roaches, lizards, and possums!! They constantly change management! The management first was fine Georgianna but then it went downhill after they left!! They are now rude, unprofessional, unfriendly and prejudice!! My tires were stolen here alsoAVOID AT ALL COST! Atleast find somewhere with a gate too many criminals hanging out and have complete access to everything! Community Should be demolished!
