We went the day after Christmas, which was admittedly a bad idea, but everyone got new phones and were anxious to use them. It was swamped, or about as swamped as a cell phone store could get. The store manager knew this, but refused to come out and help with the crowd. We waited an hour and a half.

I have been EXTREMELY frustrated by Sprint's customer service over the past two year, this place changed my mind! Lisa was so very helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. I was in the mall with 3 cranky toddlers and she helped me with my transactions quickly and smoothly. Go here!
