Stayed 1 night at this location. Since I had an early flight this was a staging point. For the one night I was here I was impressed and would stay again. Slept well and the suite rooms have all the amenities you need from microwave to refrigerator. I also, liked the layout of the room having a small wall that separates the couch are from the bedroom. The people are very nice and accommodating. Shout out to the shuttle drivers (FREE 3 mile radius) and Paulina (Hope I spelled it right) who drove us, coworkers and I, to several restaurants before we finally made up our mind and ate a Sam Sneads across the street which we could have walked to. The exercise room equipment worked although very small and no free weights. But you can take the shuttle to the YMCA and use their equipment for free. My only complaint was the pool and jacuzzi area. Jacuzzi water was luke warm at best. I would stay here again. Thanks for reading and video on my youtube channel.

When we arrived we were told we would have early check-in but no rooms are ready. When we got our room the battery was weak and the alarm kept going off. The pool water was ice cold. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. You get what you pay for. We actually booked the hotel for the indoor pool which after using it for 10 minutes we left. The floors were very slippery and dangerous for kids

Overall decent place for the $$. What I liked: spacious rooms, fridge and microwave in room, quiet, convenient to restaurants and highway. Issues I noted: bathtub was slow to drain and backed up while taking shower which I thought was gross. No convenient outlet for phone between 2 beds, some stains on carpet and furniture, lighting above bathroom mirror was dim, and tv stations were notably grainy.

The staff was amazing, answered all of our questions we had as we checked in late at night. The shower in the room wasn't draining well, but it didn't detract from the experience.

Perfect for the airport. Free shuttle, starts at 5am if early travel. Free breakfast. Helpful staff. Extra star, this Springhill is prettier than typical.

Nice staff. Rooms were very nice. Breakfast was average. Location was wonderful. Very easy to get around the city of Savannah from this hotel.

Hotel wasn't to bad. Cleanliness wasn't as great as I hoped. Dust and stained covered tub in the king suite. Most off what turned me off is I left a belonging there (which I thought my husband grabbed) drove straight home 7 hours away. To realize I left it. So I called back already knowing the cleaning crew/worker probably took them for themselves.
I was correct they did. I called up there and nothing was in lost in found. Talked to front desk was told they would call back .. nope.. so I called again and I left the manager a voicemail to hear nothing back. Not a fan of theives. Just hoped there was still good people out there. Never again will I stay there. And I will be sure to review and remind people to triple check cause it won't be there when you try to go get it.

I was impressed by the courteous staff but OMG the rooms are very disappointing. The first room they assigned us smelled funny and doesn't seem very clean. We requested another room. The second room smelled fine but the set up is so weird where the pull out barely fit between the wall and the desk (see photo). It did not come with extra blanket and it has stain on the bed. GROSS!!! The closet located at the end of the room with no lights. The closet is pretty deep so you can't really see anything in there. The iron and the blow dryers are missed placed and seemed like they just tossed it in the closet. Overall very disappointed by this big chain.

The hotel is located a couple miles away from downtown Savannah, but there are shopping centers and an outlet mall in the vicinity. The staff was nice and the room was exceptionally clean.

The rooms here are nice and clean. It's a typical airport hotel. The service is good and free breakfast is offered to all guests. Very close to the airport. Only about a 2 minute drive. Free shuttle to the airport as well.
