Raymond was the nicest young man. So helpful in a time we were running for our son's wedding. Thank you Raymond.

Clean room, Marriot never fails me. Only bad thing is one of the workers did not treat me as a spg member and would not temp to contact manager or look my spg number up for a complimentary bottle of water after their water was not working.

Wonderful and welcoming staff, great spot to retreat to after Oktoberfest. Breakfast was average. Room was fantastic. Pool was clear and cool. Pictures show a hot tub, that's long been removed.

Nothing fancy. Room was good sized and clean. Hotel seemed understaffed and didn't always answer the phone.

Holy hotels Batman! This location seems right in the smack down near center of Addison. Which is really a lovely place to be, hotel seems amazing. Rooms seem decently great sized. Desks included and sinks are great. The lobby is a nice little place to hang out and chat with others.

The hotel is very clean and the stuff is friendly. However, it is a bit outdated. For instance, AC controls are old style physical sliders so it is hard to set temperature that you want the first time. What is even more annoying is that there are no available outlets near nightstands. I had to unplug hotel's alarm clock to use an outlet. And by the way, the alarm clock is relatively modern - it has a place to stand your iPhone. Too bad the connector is for iPhone 4. Lol.

Check in service was amazing! 5 stars to the agent who checked us in. But on the other hand the room was clean but the restroom had a moldy smell too it. There's no ventilation systemso when you take a hot shower you can see the water droplets on the walls. Also the ac was located in a awkward spot. It was blowing.. right on the bed. There was a 10 inch distance from my bed and the ac It was the night of my birthday and we had gotten back in at 2am.. and wanted a late check out. Just to be safe I wanted a 3pm, if not we would check out sooner. The guy at the front desk said that absolute latest he can get us was 2 and that was pushing it because that is what he gives his platinum members just a little confused because Marriott had sent me an email stating that gold/plat were able to get a 4pm check out if needed. I had checked and saw that they had rooms available the next day maybe I misunderstood the email. But the stay overall was pretty pleasant.

The check in experience was very pleasant. However, the late night employee refused to give a checkout time past 2pm when I am a gold member guaranteed up to a 4pm checkout. The king rooms have an air conditioning unit right next to the bed and the room did not have a hair dryer.

Good location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean and well maintained facility. Room was large kind of strange layout but generally functional. Only a little difficulty in watching TV from working desk and where bed was. Everything worked perfectly and bed/pillows very comfortable. Air condition/heater a little noisy. Easy to get to businesses, food and shopping near by.

Very clean but was in need of updating. My biggest complaint was the hot water. Once you got it, it was great. But it took 5 minutes to reach the shower and 8 to get to the sink. (I'm assuming we were on the opposite end of the hotel from the water heater and that closer rooms would have had much better results). Location is great just off of Belt Line in Addison and within minutes of just about anything you could want. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly. We were in a double so the bedroom "area" was a bit cramped but the living area had plenty of room. The TV was in an awkward spot to be used by both sections of the room but all that is needed is to add another one or to mount it to the wall on a bracket that can swing out to angle it to whatever area wants it. And they are in definite need of more outlets (or at least replace the lamps with ones that you can plug into). Overall, the rooms just needed to be updated and they need to add another hot water heater so you don't waste gallons of water waiting on it to be hot. I would stay here again.
