Very friendly, old-fashioned neighborhood bike shop. Despite their small size, they have a great selection of bikes at all price points. My daughter found the perfect bike and helmet, and the staff was helpful without being pushy.

Very pleased with the experience at SpinBike and the great attention to their clients’ needs. Mitch built me a bike using my components and the result was outstanding and on-time as promised. Never felt pressured or that my job was on a clock. Mitch took all his time to ensure the built is perfect and I was satisfied. His attention to details is phenomenal.
Highly recommended and it is now my bike shop despite the drive that I have to do to get there.

I found Spin after I had a bad bike fitting on the East Side. I was in a bit of pain & 2 other riders I was with looked so perfect on their bikes. Long story short, they both got fitted at Spin & recommended them very adamantly.
A couple years later & Spin is the only bike shop I trust to work on my bike. The Spin group is knowledgeable, skilled, friendly, & they're always happy to answer questions & give explanations.
Spin Bike Shop is so good that, as an East Sider, I drive 35 mins, past countless other shops, to get there. I am not an oddity in this manner.
Spin sells & services mountain & road bikes, from entry level to high-end. As a road biker, I can confidently say that if you're looking to buy or service a high-end road bike, you should only be trusting your bike to Spin.response / report this review -

I stopped in at 6:30pm on a beautiful summer Friday evening and they were quite busy. Even though they were busy, they offered to check out my bike on-the-spot while I asked for help buying some other gear. The store was in good order with great displays and had even better mechanics/bikers! They had the bottom bracket that my bike needed in stock and fixed it on the spot. It was super affordable, considering the esoteric/weird tools that I would need to do the job myself.

I walked into this shop as a newbie almost 15 years ago. This shop has introduced me to many many bikes since. More importantly, it has introduced me to many friends and has been responsible for improving my health significantly.

Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable staff. The prices r comparable to other bike shops. Very clean inside, nice inventory, will order to accommodate if they don't have what u want in stock. They also assemble and fine tune any bike u order. I'm very happy with the product I purchased and the treatment I got from the staff. I highly recommend.

Alright people this is a suggestion from me spin bike shop is totally garbage never ever go there, they do overcharge. The employees are to fuckin rude
Asking me to say please for the work he is doing for me, bruh you're not doing it for free why should i say please?
I am paying for it so there is no fuckin point to say please about!

Hadn't been here in a couple years and my second visit was WONDERFUL! We had Rob helping us and he is awesome. Didn't rush us on anything and let us try out as many bikes as we wanted. Super patient and helpful, we spent 2 hours there! I learned quite a bit. We ended up buying 3 bikes(for my daughter, myself, and boyfriend) and incredibly happy with the entire experience. *Thumbs up.
