We have visited there many times. The food is always good. Their craft beer selection is excellent.
Great Christmas beer with cinnamon sugar edging on the glass. We were there Sunday nite, pizza was $5 each and worth every cent. Very good food, service and beer!! We will be back!
We went late on a Sunday evening. Kitchen was open until 11 pm - which is what drew us in. We just had food - and it was all delicious! The burger bucket was 5 mini sliders on top of a bucket of fries - the kind that are crispy on the outside. So good! Got the honey sriracha sauce for dipping primo! I got a Caesar to save room for dessert. It was large, fresh and great. We finished with a chocolate chip cookie - the size of a medium pizza topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. It was good - not great. I’d get it again though. All in all, we’ll be back! They had a great list of nightly specials - all really good deals. But even the regular menu prices seemed inexpensive. $28 for what’s pictured here!
Had a great time there last night. The tator tots are crazy great!!! Wings were great. Their UPS was very good. Must try!!!
I went here for the first time and wow was I impressed by the food and excellent service, not to mention the great tasting craft beer that they brew on site. I would highly recommend that you try the ribs. They are so tender and the meat falls off the bone. Give this local hot spot a try, and you won't be disappointed.
We love this place! Every time we're in the area we stop by. Great dinner selection and it's super tasty. Our personal favorite is fried pickles.
Great atmosphere, drinks, and food. My husband and I haven't had a bad dish yet--the fries with ranch are to die for! The beer is also very good, I'm surprised it isn't more popular locally. The back patio is very nice in the summer/warmer weather. Definitely check it out!
Marie was is fabulous bartender. She was so helpfully with the menu and suggested a drink and appetizer to go with my meal. I'm traveling for work and knew nothing around. She gave me points of interest and was so so helpful. I'm so happy I found Rocky River Brewing and Marie the bartender that make it personal. Thank you everyone there for having such a fabulous place to come and relax. The Elvis Nuts beer was good also. Cheers
Just finished a steak chased by a Black Pirate beer while watching a Calves game. Excellent. Only pushback is how loud it is. Too much noise between the background music & tv volume coupled with (naturally expected) conversations of people. Other than that, a solid place.
Great food selections, great beer selections, very nice comfortable atmosphere, service always good. Open late. Kid friendly. Love this place.
A great atmosphere with great food. The fries and cookie skillet here are one of a kind.
Our female server at the bar was deliberately dismissive towards the end. It took me a few times at very close range saying "excuse me!" to ask for the check so we can pay & leave as it was a full house that night & people waiting to be seated were right at the back of the bar chairs talking loud (you do have to shout in order for people to hear you tho) all while leaning on the chair you're sitting on, & coughing on you too. Each time I tried to get the servers attention she just ignored me, at first I thought maybe she just didn't hear me so I kept saying "excuse me" louder (in a nice manner) & we knew she heard me by then, but ignored. When she did give us our checks, we waited & she didn't cash us out, someone else did. At times it was uncomfortable being in there & I was getting irritated with one of the folks standing chatting behind me coughing right at my head. I believe the server was acquainted with that person & took note I was saying something about them 'coughing on me' & from then the server coincidentally became seemingly unattentive . Well, when you're at a restaurant & a stranger is right at the back of your chair you're sitting on, chatting, & keeps coughing your direction -& you feel it on your neck! -see if it won't bother you as well.
The food and beer are always great, so definitely check it out. Unfortunately, I have tried to go in a large group (6-8 people) four times in the past few months and every time they have lost our call ahead reservation. I contacted the restaurant several days ahead each time and asked what is the best way to bring a relatively large group at a busy time, and they recommended that I call ahead a couple hours prior to our arrival and they'd be able to accommodate us in a speedy manner. Each time I've done this trying to make things easier for everyone involved, they've "lost" our call ahead reservation. I'm not sure if they are purposely doing it to discourage large groups or they're simply incompetent. Either way, it's not a pleasant experience. Again, I love this place and the food & beer is always consistently good. Just beware!!
