1600 10Sep2021: See attached for previous review. The owner has amended two sets of documentation so the situation below does not happen again. a line has been added in the contract that needs to be signed around pet containment. Second, the technician checklist has been updated to ensure pets have been contained. The owner has also contacted all technicians to update and talk about this issue. I am very happy with how the owner has handled the situation, especially with it happening during labor day weekend. He has shown complete professionalism and care for his business, and I would recommend his services being used. Changed from one star to four.

My husband contacted Specialized Refinishing online and someone responded right away. Pricing was good so we scheduled appointment to have work done, quick appointment. Hermès prepped and painted our harvest gold fiberglass tub white. He showed up on time and was very polite and friendly. Very professional. He did an awesome job! We are very pleased with the outcome!

Hermes did a tremendous job, clean, efficient, and the staff was incredibly responsive and flexible. Our 40 year old cast-iron enamel tub looks bright and brand new. Definitely will be using Specialized again for our other bathroom.

Alex, the technician, did a wonderful job! He repaired a crack in my tub and refinished the entire tub and surround. It looks brand new! Alex was professional in his work and cleaned up everything upon completion. I would use Specialized Refinishing again
Update: 1 week later As I stated above I used them again and once again Alex did a great job!.

I always read reviews and look for 4.5 star or better, and this company definitely exceeded my expectations!!

I was able to request a quote on line, received a call back within an hour, set up an appointment for the afternoon and had Amber and Dylan on site by noon. They did exceptional work and within the time they quoted to complete. There were no hidden fees, and no, "oh no, we found this and it's gonna cost you more".

Shower/tub went from yuck to brand new in less than 4 hours. Budget friendly and you can use your shower in 24 hours. AWESOME!

Just had our Master bath refinished by Specialized Refinishing Co.. They refinished our shower and tile floors. It looks like a new bathroom. We couldn't be more happy with the results. This was a large bathroom and the crew were professional, clean and very hard working. It looks like we spent several thousand dollars on a new shower and floor, but we didn't. I have more baths for these guys to refinish.

They did a great job of repairing my tub which had some cracks in it from the installation. Was much cheaper to have it refinished than replaced as the cost of redoing the tile work was prohibitive. Caleb, the manager , was quick to respond and provided a very reasonable quote for the service. Brian , the technician, called to tell me when he would arrive. He arrived on time and did the work which turned out great. He cleaned up after the job was done and even came back in the afternoon to re-caulk around the tub. Overall a great experience. I would highly recommend Specialized Refinishing to anyone need a repair for a damaged tub.

I had several areas of my bathtub refinished. The technician arrived during the time frame I was given and he was very professional. He knew exactly what needed to be done and the work was completed in a timely manner and the area around was left neat and clean. He showed that he cared if I was totally pleased with the work done. I am very pleased with the outcome of the work that was done on my bathtub. You can't even tell that any repairs were done.

What a great company! I was ready to spend a lot of money with these guys to repair a cracked jacuzzi but Will, the owner called and discussed a more cost effective alternative for half the price- it isn't often you see a company put the customer's needs ahead of significant profit. The work was completed quickly, the technican (Eddy) was professional and very polite- and extremely talented! My jacuzzi looks amazing! Highly recommend these folks and will call them again when I am ready to remodel my bathrooms.

Great customer service, fast response time, affordable prices and high quality refinishing work. I needed my original 1950s cast iron tub and pedestal sink refinished from years of neglect from the previous owners. Caleb and Will answered all of my questions and explained their refinishing process from start to finish. I am very happy that I get to keep my original bathroom fixtures and they look brand new. They saved my tub and sink and I saved money because I didn't have to replace them. Thanks guys!

Specialized Refinishing did a fantastic job on our master bath, tile, shower, and tile in kitchen. Everything looks brand new and the technician did perfectly detailed and meticulous refinishing in both the master bath and kitchen. Our shower looked horrible and now it's brand new! Thank you. We had several cracked spots in our tub, and I had put off getting everything fixed. I am so mad we didn't do it sooner! Specialized Refinishing was prompt with responses and able to get someone out to fix it very quickly and for a great price. The technician did an amazing job, and we could not be more pleased. We have had several comments already on the tile and tub- everyone says that is looks like brand new tile! The repairs Eddie made to the wall tiles were great, you would not have known there were any cracks and chips. Eddie was very professional, hard working and kind. The company as a whole was very responsive, they would get back to me within hours- excellent service.
