Bottom line: don't trust this place if you're a woman.
I was a longtime customer and trusted that my wife would get decently priced quality service as I had.
If you're dangerous enough to know a little about auto repair or even local to this area, you'll know how hard it is to find trustworthy service in this area. This place is not one of them. $70 for a 3-1/2qt econobox Honda is overpriced no matter which way you skin it. It's worse when they lie about why.
Andrew, management, first pointed out to me by shoving the cap in my face that all 0-20wt. oil is ALL synthetic. Since I had never changed the oil on this car I didn't know for sure. When I got the manual out, pointed out to him that Honda only recommended full syn for extended service life, there was no apology. No discount either. Just some standard BS about texting your number to them for a discount code.
Don't trust this place with your number, your car either. They lost me.response / report this review -

I've been a customer for 10 years now. This morning I woke up to my husband telling me his car was leaking alot of oil, just a couple weeks after his oil change. I talked to Jeff the Manager and explained what happened. Shortly after, Jeff and Billy the Operations Manager made the drive all the way to Buchanan to fix the car! I was not expecting anyone to come out, so that alone made things so much easier! The car was taken care of in a timely matter, and both of them were extremely nice! This is how you keep customers loyal! Thank you again for everything Jeff and Billy.

Always take our vehicles here for a quick oil change. Staff is always friendly and you get a free car wash when you're done.

it was the best service ever there was a mexican guy and two black guys they didnt
try to pressure sell the black guy was cute and very polite . I love the service me and my
friends on facebook always go there we even love just coming in to get tires check
