They do a great job on your car service outside is excellent, customer service inside is the worst it's called non customer service they treat you like you are going to get your car cleaned because I am here not like thanks for coming here you're the reason I have a JOB

I go to this for somebody recomended to me, her car smell really good, the service s is very quick but they not put any that smell good in my car and I paid not cheaper I paid 29,81 for this services.

I have used this carwash in the past for my older car getting just the basic wash and I was happy with the job. This last time brining in my new car I decided to get the interior done. Big mistake because I had to spend a half hour doing the job over after getting home. The girl sprayed the protectant all over my screen, she left spots all over the dash from not wiping the spray and missed spots all over on the dash, the doors and the console. When I tried to point it out before leaving the guy just started trying and failing to fix the mess. They removed the driver's rug but didn't replace it nor vacuum it very well. If they would let me I would give NO stars for this job.

Horrible customer service over the phone! I wanted to try them out, so I called to get an estimate on price (just a rough estimate) the women on the phone was being very short with me and raising her voice every time she said "I don't know". Then asked her about how long it'll approximately take, she states "I already told you I don't know" No, this was the first time I asked you about the (time). She started getting louder. So I said ma'am you're being very rude. Her words "well ma'am I already to you I don't know"- by then she was talking so loud that my phone was far away from my ear and everyone in my house could hear her! That's terrible- seriously. If you don't know you're job or are just not happy then don't work there. I truly hope this wasn't the owner either! This is what's wrong with people these days just no manners, JUST RUDE!

Terrible customer service, never answer their phone, the manager is never there. The ladies in the store are always rude and in a bad mood.

FB coupon worth it! Take a screen shot of the coupon present it at time of pay and get 50% off. Vehicle looks spotless inside and out. While u wait enjoy free Starbucks coffee and a massage chair! There are also little gifts u can purchase in the interior waiting area, like greeting cards and other small items. A lounge area with TV playing. You can also opt for a more thorough car cleaning with a detailing section available as well. Great plc, definitely pick up the coupon by liking their fb page!!

Dont waste your money here. you are better off going somewhere else or doing it yourself. I now have to get my rear window re-tinted, my brother had to replace a custom rim because of them and my father in-law has to get a rear bumper repainted because of them. if you have had a good experience with Sparkle im happy for you. my first and last time using them.

It was quick and easy! Which is perfect for me since I was on my lunch break! The customer service was awesome and I was impressed by their work! In such a short time they did a great job. I highly recommend this place.
