Its a great Car Wash place to go to. Service is great, vehicles are cleaned from top to bottom, and if anything happens they take care of it. Its a little pricy but great EVERYTHING! Thank you so much Motor city car wash for your service

I love my 10 year old Lexus IS 250. Owned since it was brand new. It still looks and runs great. I attribute some of its "young" looks to the care that the Motor City team gives it. Keeps my car aging like a fine wine. Thanks guys.

Normal washes are fine for the price. Last night 11/18 I took my 2016 Silverado 2500 in for the Executive detail inside and out with leather. I'm not impressed. Granted it was dark when they started but in the daylight, there are too many missed places. My chrome front end and chrome mirrors are still dirty, the interior is still dirty. I see no viable difference in the quality of work for the $40 inside and out vs the $160 I paid for the top level service. I'd rather go to the dealer for the same price and have a true show room clean. Not exactly thrilled that I have to go back over their work.

I brought my wife’s Mercedes in for a detail. The yard sprinklers had left a rust color on the entire drivers side of the car. Diego was able to put us through quickly and the acid wash, clay bar, and detail service left our 13 year old C230 in showroom condition.
I was so impressed, I am here for the second time today getting my car detailed.
2 things: 1. Buy the gift card for a $100 and get $25. 2. Save your receipt for rain checks and get $10 bucks off your next wash.
Also, I will be back in 2 weeks to get my free birthday car wash.
I have to say getting the cars washed is one of my favorite honey-do’s. While her car was getting detailed, I walked over to the Steak n Shake next door and grabbed breakfast. All in all, not a bad Sunday morning.response / report this review -

This place is so amazing! Gabriel and Jose are always so friendly and remember us every time. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is done correctly and that my car is perfect. My coworker and I go in the morning after leaving work and they are always ready to take care of us. This is the only place I will ever take my car to.

As a regular client I have found each visit to be different depending upon who actually details your vehicle after it's washed. I have gone to pick up my vehicle at times and it's perfect and other times found dirty rims, bumpers or windows and had to point it out to the staff. There is no regularity to the service you receive. Overall they are okay.

I went Sunday 08/15/2017. I got the $35 SPECIAL that included wax. They had my car done in 10 minutes (was it even waxed? doubt it). I checked the rims, they ALL still had dirt on them. I went grocery shopping after that, unloaded my groceries and there was still debris in trunk (no one vacuumed it) I also went into the back seat of my car, no one vacuumed under the seats. Also saw kitty cat paw prints on my door, noone even wiped the rear doors down. Basically they did the most basic of a wash for $35. That was my first and last trip.

I have been a very satisfied customer of Motor City Car Wash in Wellington, Florida for many years. Not only do they do a terrific job washing and waxing my vehicle, but they also do it with enthusiasm and a consistent desire to please. Their management team is highly professional, hands-on and very much responsible for why this company runs like a well-oiled machine. All staff members are respectful, hard-working and friendly. It is a pleasure doing business with these folks. Thanks for always doing such a great job!!

Have been coming to the Wellington location since they opened. Love the service and the team. Christoph does an excellent job whether it is hand wash or machine. Went across the street once at the Shell and paid 4 dollars less to get back a dirty car and to be told vacuum is extra. I bring all my family's car to Motor City.

Without a doubt, the best car wash in Palm Beach county. Service is fast, high quality and a priced for any wallet size.
Staff, from the first encounter to the detailer closing your door as you get back into the car, are friendly with management observably walking around conducting quality control checks and talking to customers about their experience / satisfaction.response / report this review -

The Best Car Wash Anywhere!!!!
I've been using Motor City Wellington since it opened
My cars have been kept in beautiful condition with their expert service
I opted for the Annual Pass for the Ultra wash service. I can go every day if I want to AND, I'm now paying less per year that when I went once a week.
I've had a few issues when someone scratched my car and they were able to get the scratch out.
The only time I go to another car wash is if I'm out of town.

These guys take customer service to a whole other level. Took my mom's can to be washed there this morning (they did a great job as always) and when I went to leave, the battery was dead as a door nail. These guys went above and beyond to try and get the car started and ultimately took me to buy a new battery and then installed it for me. Truly amazing folks over there! Can't thank them enough!

I am a regular customer of the Motor City Car Wash in Wellington, FL location. I prefer to have a clean car to drive so I have my car wash here as often as three times a week. I can always expect an excellent car wash service. The entire staff is extremely friendly and professional. What I appreciate the most is the staff's attention to the details and the ability to go out of their ways to deliver quality service.
