It did a good job washing but not rinsing. Fortunately the driers were good enough to blow most of the soap off. Sitting still inside the vehicle is somewhat scarey because it's pretty violent and feels like it's going to break something. We survived it but not sure that I would use it again.

FIND ANOTHER CAR WASH ~ DAMAGES YOUR CAR & OWNER DOESN'T CARE
We took our SUV through the wash, and it came out with hundreds of little scratches all over the hood and roof. We contacted the owner and he refused to take any responsibility, or even to offer to try to have it buffed out or anything.
We take very good care of our vehicles. If you do the same, or if you care about your car, do not use this car wash.response / report this review -

It was convient and easy to use. It did not rinse off all the soap and left streaking on the hood. The vaccum suction was leak, but it did do the job.

BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!! During the car wash we heard screaching sounds comming from the left side. When we exited the wash and pulled to the vacum we noticed a couple of scratches on the drivers door as well as the mirror that was actually moved by the wash. Their sign advised to fold the mirrors in on trucks and suv's in which case didn't apply to us as we were in a dodge challenger that we purchased only 4 days ago and have pictures of every angle that clearly show NO scratches! We looked around for an attendant to speak to about the scratches but couldn't find anyone. As we were leaving the car wash I googled the phone number, the man that answered said he would be right there so we turned around. Needless to say the "manager" was no help and was actually very rude, unprofessional and argumentative. He called the owner to tell him what happened and that didn't do any good either. We showed him the pictures, the receipt, told him to go back on camera and told them we wanted it fixed and in response we got Nothing but "do what you got to do". A little tip for Rob's Car wash as a business that deals with people's personal property in a situation of property damage you should really take care of the problem and at least take down a property damage report. And as for customer service at least pretend to be apologetic and never acuse your customers.

I created my own problem by leaving my car in neutral instead of park. The machine moved the car just enough to get it off the wheel sensor causing the wash to stop midwash. All I could do was pull out and get in line again and wait for another wash. I called the listed phone number and a lady answered and explained what had happened. She then reset the machine to finish my wash at no further charge. That is what I call GREAT service. Thank you very much. This carwash also does a great job of washing the car!
