Could be much more efficient and do a better job providing how many people on staff. Too many employees walking around doing nothing. ITS hard to tell who's on the clock and who's not.

This car wash is a Ft Myers tradition. Their service is flawless everytime. Staff are very friendly and outside drive out monitors make sure things are the way you request.

This was my third time I have paid for best cleaning and will not return. The manager was informed they were not cleaning my third row on either prior visit so they sent it back to have it vacuumed again and when I got home it was not even clean under the drivers seat and back seat was not clean. There sign said help needed and I agree. It was not worth my time to even go back. But I will drive to Daniels for better service. If there were a way to post pictures you would see how bad it is!!

Bottom line: This place will wash your car but if you're looking to get those hard to reach spots in between your doors, then look at detailing elsewhere. From time to time they remember to hit up the wheels and get in between but when there's a line of customers, especially before 5'o'clock they usually will rush it and skip or "miss" it. I normally go for the full service #1 which is nice but eats into your wallet if you go every other week. The monthly subscription seems nice at first but some months you won't go more than once or twice so it really doesn't sound too enticing. I like the 5 day guarantee tho. Take it back for a free wash with your receipt within 5 business days of purchase!

Staff are always friendly. Usually only takes 20 minutes to have my cars cleaned and the unlimited wash package is a great deal.

The work done for $30 is truly shoddy. I had to point out what was still dirty. The manager told me that its normal for dirt to still be on the floor boards and to wipe off my leather seats was $10 more. And my windshield is still covered in streaks.
I'd been a weekly customer until I'd gotten repeated service that wasn't up to par, waited 6 months and tried again. I won't be back.response / report this review -

My go-to car wash in town. Offers everything from simple washes up to bumper-to-bumper detailing. Sometimes they do a fantastic job and sometimes they fall a bit short.

Great place to get a car wash!!!!! This place is always busy. It's also worth the wait. The staff here from top to bottom is always attentive and leave your vehicle spotless. They offer special wash programs that can save me money. I became a fan a couple of years ago and now I tell everyone about them. great place!!!

OK car wash, I am a regular customer but lately, for the past 4 months or so, there seems to be absolutely no difference between the number 1 wash package and the number 2 wash package other than paying more money. No matter which wash you buy the $13.99 wash or the $29 wash, your interior get the same rushed job, I am wondering if it's time they buy new vacuum cleaners or teach the employees how to vacuum and wipe down an interior. I purposely made an X in the dust on my dashboard to see it they wipe it off and it was still there when I got my car back and the floors were barely vacuumed. The people at the vacuum station always seem to be in a mad rush. Maybe management is pushing them to work faster. I would much rather be waiting longer for my car to be finished then pay for a poor cleaning. May be time to find a new place to get my cars was and waxed. I have asked 2 times already for someone to tell my how much extra it would be to use the silicon based sealant wax, inside the store it says $10 extra but one of the employees I asked didn't seem to even know what I was talking about and said something about $125, that's a whole lot more than $10 extra on a $49 wax job. Time to educate your employees maybe.

I bought a 5 wash package yesterday on sale. I used one of the tickets for a #1 car wash. I had somewhere to be or I would have asked for the car to be re-cleaned. The interior was barely wiped. spots everywhere. still little bits of lint every where. dog prints on the back seat were untouched (I did notice that right away and asked for someone to wipe that down). I will probably take in my booklet on Monday and ask for my money back. This is about the 3rd poor quality wash in the last month or so. Something has happened here. as I have been using this car wash for over 10 years.
I have a dark interior on my Lincoln but it is seldom used and should not be much of a challenge.response / report this review -

Went for my car wash here, they clean the inside and out. They did a good job, but When it was finished and all dryed up, when I left
About two hrs later my windows was sticky like syrup. I call and explain and they said it was probably something they use, but they told me that I could come back for a free wash, so I did and it was all clean & dryed up and I was taken care of.

My favorite place to get a car wash!! The ladies & gentlemen who work here do it all in a quick and effective way. Great customer service don't forget to tip em and ring the bell!

Great experience with fast service! Was told 1 hour for full wash/hand wax/interior detail, but only took 40 minutes. Car looks AMAZING! Prices seem to be on par with the rest of town, but I feel the attention to detail makes it a value.

For my Dad's 89th birthday, I decided to surprise him and have his 2010 Lexus Rx400h be given the Ultimate Detail & Headlight package. I told the Eager Beaver rep to do a very careful job since Dad is an Ex-Marine and VERY detail oriented. Dad was OVERWHELMED with joy at what a FABULOUS job everyone did and could not believe how FANTASTIC the SUV looks. For over a week he has been saying its like having a new car! Kudos to everyone at Eager Beaver who brought such joy to his 89 year old heart!
