Super nice place for family entertainment. 64 lanes can easily accommodate a large crew. Finger foods and other options. Separate sit down area for lunch and dinner. Lots of parking spaces and well lit. Will go back and bring more friendsenjoy

Affordable and spacious!! Excellent customer service. I would recommend two bartenders because the bar gets super busy so quickly. Great atmosphere for family and friends..

SpareZ is more than just a bowling alley; it contains a Pro Shop, a Hammerjack's, and other things I will probably fail to recall.

In terms of location, it's a bit out there. It's almost hidden due to the massive car dealership in front of it.

On a busy day, you'll see many families and large groups bowling in close proximity. On a slow day you'll see for yourself how vast this bowling alley actually is.

Aside from the actual bowling experience, the Pro Shop is great. The owner is friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is calm, and walking in there almost has a soothing effect. The Hammerjack's serves phenomenal food, considering it's inside a bowling alley. I always work up an appetite whenever I'm bowling since I can smell the food being prepared right behind me.

The staff are kind but lack just a touch of professionalism, which could be coming from the top down. If this business was operated a bit more smoothly it would become extremely successful. Some of the problems I've encountered include renting bowling shoes that should have been out of commission, being placed in the most obnoxious lane in the alley, being forced to bowl in crowded area on a slow day, having my game terminate prematurely, and bowling on sibling lanes with significantly varying oil quality.

Starting with the bowling shoe problem, the solution is trivial. I now have my own bowling shoes, but many casual bowlers don't. If you're going to charge as much as $4.50 per shoe rental, the least you can do is give out reliable shoes. Considering the shoes pay for themselves after being rented out 10 times and can probably go another 90 safely, each pair has the potential to pay for itself 10 times over. As such, there's no reason to give out shoes past the point of no return to your customers. Let the shoes rest.

There also seems to be some implicit policy where the staff cannot place you in a lane by yourself. On a day where you anticipate all of your lanes to be in use this policy makes sense, but on a slow day all it will do is frustrate customers for no good reason. If I come to bowl on a slow day, it's most likely because I want to get some practice in. Being put next to a large family bowling for the first time, when I could just as easily be placed in isolation, could introduce a myriad of factors that might nullify my efforts to become a better bowler that day. Most new bowlers don't know to avoid approaching the lane at the same time as the bowler next to you. I've lost many frames due to someone running up beside me and distracting me mid-release at SpareZ.

Staffing a bowling alley is a more technical job than it appears. If I were an employee of a bowling establishment I would expect to completely understand how it's system works, and I should love bowling. But everyone makes mistakes, and maybe the employees at SpareZ aren't paid what they deserve considering the potential value they can be bringing to the business.

All in all, this is a great spot but addressing a few holes would transcend this business.

We came at a good time. We were there at 6pm on a Friday night and there were not much people yet. The music wasn't so loud that you could hear each other talk. I felt that it was a very child friendly place. The children that were with us had a good time. The people who worked there were very nice. From the managers, people working at the counter and at the bar. The place is also clean. But I think after a certain time the atmosphere changes, like after 8:30pm, and it becomes more crowded and loud.

It is a very average bowling alley as far as bowling alleys go. The ceiling tiles are in dire need of replacing and overall certain things are of an under maintained aesthetic. Nevertheless it's bowling. Its fun. Yay! Enjoy and I think you should go here if you want to bowl. There are a billion lanes and fancy screens. Go now.

I had coupons for a free game and decided to take my kids bowling on a Saturday night. The coupons were good on a Saturday night until 9pm. So that was good. I thought they were good for the worst time but I was wrong. The man at the counter was very pleasant in booking us a lane and getting us shoes. There was no wait at all.I love their new lane screens where you set each player with their photo and funny videos play as you bowl. My kids loved the videos. Overall we had a blast. The food is typical bar food and not terrible. There's a bar in the premises so you can get a cocktail if you are not into beer. I recommend this place.
