Dear brother! That was the fanciest lunch I’ve ever had. I enjoyed my self, (maybe too much) thank You again for your generosity. I look forward to spending more time with you and hearing all that the Lord has done. I and my family took my Pastor and his wife and kids from Harvest Miami they loved it. part0.jpg John 15:12

I used to eat at Rustic Inn when i worked and lived nearby. Back then no matter what you ordered, food quality and prices were great, so the place was very popular among office crowd and evening dining. Went back last week, and sadly it has gone downhill. Not the same tasting crabs, smaller portions and higher prices. Not worth it anymore. And the eternal construction on Anglers bridge make matters even worse.

Best seafood I’ve ever had and the waitress was super nice. I wish I got her name. We really enjoyed our time there despite the water dripping on the balcony. It’s great for bringing the entire family or just a fun experience for couples. Definitely highly recommend.

Seafood Nirvana! If you love seafood and have the wallet to support it then this is the next best thing to flying to Maine to get your lobster and crabs. This is a very popular restaurant with both the locals and international jet-set because it's been around for decades and is well know for it's exceptional sea fare. When my wife and daughter want to "crab out" they don their bibs and gloves, sometime a hat, and dig in to their huge order of seafood delight.

Often there will be a "banging" as everyone uses their crab hammers to celebrate birthdays or anniversaries. I like to sit outside on the river so the banging isn't quite as loud as inside.

The servers are delightful and will often remind you, especially if you sit outside, that the kitchen is quite a sprint so sit back and relax until the food arrives. Most of the time you are able to strike up a conversation with the neighbors at the next table. This restaurant is definitely worth a try if you are in the area.

The seafood was very good. Fresh and well cooked. The sides however left a lot to be desired. The vegetables and potatoes were swimming in butter and had little flavor. Service was also not very good. Our waiter was not rude, but seemed like he'd rather be somewhere else.

This place is quite an experience! As long as you don't come here with a headache and are prepared for the VERY fishy smell, you should be good to go. Portions are pretty big and everything is super fresh!

I'm not a fan of crab, so I got the fried shrimp. The portion was pretty big and they were served butterflied, so I had to eat with a fork and knife. The shrimp tasted really fresh! Came with a hefty amount of potato wedges.

The one drawback that I guess is just part of the feel is that everything felt kind of dirty. All the surfaces and plates just seemed like they weren't 100% clean!

Our waiter was extremely attentive and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. We did not have to wait long for our table and there was plenty of seating and a lot of turnover even when it got really crowded. Definitely an experience, but a fun one!

    The drinks were also great!

It's crazy that a place with such flavorless food can be so packed. While I enjoy the natural Taste of crab legs, I prefer them with seasoning. Even the butter was bland and that's unusual cuz even butter have a taste. The Alaskan clusters were a nice size, but I would never pay those prices for what you get. The waitress was great - way better than the food. I did not enjoy my time here and would never go back for myself.

Excellent value especially if you enjoy lobster!! Service was great very friendly servers. A bit on the noisy side with hammers banging. But a good dining experience overall. I would recommend if you're looking fir a good seafood restaurant.

I certainly don't mind being charged that much for that little of food, but when I'm charged $77 for two people who both had cool to nearly-cold food on a not-busy Monday afternoon, with that little of attention to at least making the breads or sides creative - I feel this place has crashed in accountability and drive. The last time I visited the Rustic Inn was in about 2005, and to be honest the food was mediocre at best. This time, this many years later (2017) with as many good reviews as it has had, I thought that surely the establishment was one to take a family member to for a nice eating experience. The waitress was nice enough, but inexperienced enough that she didn't immediately discount or just write off the obvious large amount of side dishes that we didn't consume. So we paid $77, and I will now make sure nobody I know wastes their time with the Rustic Inn. Such a shame since they have a nice location, and seem to have had a nice history. Maybe some other restaurant owner can make it worth driving to in the future.

Expensive in price. Large seafood portions. Taste amazing. Parking was under construction 6/2017 causing difficult to park. Casual dress. Loud and noisy pounding on tables from wooden mellets celebrations announced. Food amazing!

Rustic Inn Crab House is a "one-of-a-kind" place! We had a family group of 8 and had a wonderful meal. Food was hot, fresh and very tasty. Sampler appetizers were done to perfection and adequate for all. Lobsters were done perfectly and the "mallets" worked well to pound shells!!
Swordfish steak was awesome! Broiled scallops were perfect--doneness and flavor. The fried clam dinner was scrumptious! Service was out of this world great. Nobody should ever complain about anything there.
Only the roads into it are screwy with a "20" block detour--well worth the inconvenience. Thanks for a wonderful place to experience fresh seafood.

One of the few places I know of in South Florida offering you a bib and hammer to go to town on your crabs. Great selection of crabs that are very tasty as well as other seafood. Only downside is the prices are pretty high. Highly recommend to the hungry crab lover.

This is the greatest place for Seafood. The Garlic Crabs are out of this world. A bit on the higher end price wise but the quality and service are worth every cent. This is as authentic as it gets. Beer always cold too!

We had a long wait at the airport so we hopped a taxi over and were very glad we did. My husband is a grouper fan and I love salmon. Our meal was fabulous. Cooked to perfection, very helpful server and friendly atmosphere. We were here, seated and finished eating within 1 hour of leaving the airport. Would definitely do it again
