Good was good!!! The service at the end of the outside bar rude/trash talking/unprofessional and immature some people need to grow up. While service at the outside bar was fair due to as a bartender states I could understand you another sign of immaturity. Yes, I went there due to it was local and plenty of parking, hence Christmas weekend.

Food is as good as it can be for Hooters. Staff is friendly and they have a nice outside patio to relax on. Bathrooms can be kind of scary when it's busy. So yea, just a good ol fashioned Hooter's restaurant.

Dolphins vs jets game this weekend at hooters was great. On a full house and having a party of 12, the GM JOEY was able to still make sure we were still seated and in a private section for our famliy. GREATLY APPRECIATED TO JOEY THE GENERAL MANAGER.

This would be a zero star review, if it were allowed. Came to this location with a large party and have (so far) waited an hour and 40 minutes for a table. Apparently, in this ENTIRE establishment, there is only one stinking table for a party bigger than 6 because I've had to sit here and watch them accommodate everyone else that has arrived except for us. We've been told there's a big party taking up the table that has been permitted to sit and camp the table for 40 minutes beyond the service of their meal, and nobody has bothered to rectify the situation or accommodate us otherwise. An hour and 45 minute wait for subpar sports bar food, and noisy/drunk patrons.

Edit: we've finally been seated at a table that is missing seating for our party and other patrons had to volunteer stools for us to sit on. The waitress has also just informed us that they have limited non-alcoholic drink options and this is officially the worst dining experience in recent memory, and it's barely even started. Oh, the best part? The canned sodas and waters they've forced on us are $3 a piece. My friend ordered a pitcher of beer and they forgot to bring it, but when they checked on the status, they were told they're out of that particular beer. Was anybody going to inform her while she waited? It took 35 minutes to find out.

Update: While ordering, we've asked for split bills, and the poor waitress looks utterly overwhelmed. Why do people come here? Sandwiches came out with no fixings or condiments. Wings are completely unremarkable. One member of the party is vegetarian and asked if there was bacon in the beans - she was told there isn't but there was. Another member of my party complained of feeling ill immediately after dinner.
We've now been waiting 25 minutes for a check. No waitress in site.

To conclude, I've survived my trip into the abysmal, infuriating Hooters landscape and am thrilled to say that I no longer have to return. I think 3.5 hours of my life is more than enough time wasted here. Thanks for reminding me why I don't come here, Pines Hooters. ✌🏽

We all know why people go to Hooters. And it's no secret. It's the wings. But that's not what I got, the only reason this got a 3 is because my order was wrong. Nothing else applies because it was a take out order and since there's nothing else to judge by except the accuracy of my order, that's all I got.

Update: so I've actually been here a few more times since I reviewed this like 6 months ago and I'll give it 4 stars instead of 3. The dining experience was actually really good. Not amazing, let's chill out there, but really good. The manager whose name I have no clue of seems to always be there and he's very reassuring. That's a good dude, he'll take care of you. And of course there is the food, which - while it is bar food - isn't bad. I've been coming back a few times and it's obviously for the wings. Obviously.

It was good and I really like going but now that I'm trying to eat healthier, not as much choice as I would like. Tired of salads, they should try steaming without seasoning and let us put what we want. Oddly enough not all Hooters carry plain honey. Love my cute waitress last night.

This didn't even deserve a one star, at all. My husband and I came here to get something to eat and we had the most awful experience. We walk in, the place is packed, which I understand. The waitress cleans a table for us to sit, and before we could order anything, two black men and a child come up to the table, claiming that we were sitting and " their table ". My husband tells the men that the waitress sat us down there, which leads to a fight between my husband, the black men, the manager, and a couple of random men who was interfering because they wanted a piece of the action. The waitress who sat us down just stood there, completely dumb founded by the whole situation. Pro tip Hooters, if you're going to sit down someone at a table, make sure its at least cleared first and no one else is sitting there. This whole situation could have been avoided if someone used common sense. Hooters, you lost my business.

I've been coming to this location forever my stepfather has been working for hooters since I was maybe 4 ,I'm now 27.. So I'm familiar with the taste of this franchise. Food is always great but I must say this is the first time I've came here and experience such great service from this one waiter particularly.. JASMINE M.. MY GOSH SHES AMMMAAZZING She interacted with my kids,she made me feel home.. Lord knows I appreciate great service and friendly smile.. Thanks girl. You've made this mothers day the g.O.A.t✌

I went to hooters in pines location on 4/1/17 at 1:00 am before they closed to get some food. Spot wasn't packed very few people. Got my drinks right way waited a hour and a half for my food that never came. The party of 2, 30 minutes after got there food and finished while we where still sitting there. I walked out with a party of 3 that night.

Second bad experience was last night 4/8/17 i tried the same location again hoping for a better turn out in boy was i wrong i was seated with in 15 minutes, me and another party we waited an hour received our food and it was ice cold. Everything was cold. I was pissed i told them i didn't want anything else nore the food. The manager couldn't even come to my table and speak with me, he waited till i was leaving the establishment say i apologize about the food. Ill never visit this hooters again.

Tonight was a perfect explanation of why I stopped going to this place. We waited 10 min for a server, she was sitting in the tank behind us talking to her friend,she treated us like we were interrupting her time with her pal. She took our order, sat back with her friend and when the food came she was so distracted that she said "I don't know that's not one of my orders" we had to call the other server to bring our food cause again she was too busy chatting away with her pal.

I knew there was a perfectly good reason for me not going back to that place, now I know why!!

If you want better food and service, look up Bru's room, it's a few miles away on Pines Blvd and I guarantee you'll get better service and tastier food.
