After a long search of looking for the perfect car, I finally came across the Lexus of Pembroke Pines dealership, BEST PRICE IN TOWN! Great customer service, kind, fast, and attentive. A special thanks to Earl Johnson and his co-workers from Lexus of Pembroke Pines for an amazing smooth transaction. Will definitely be coming back very soon for my next purchase. I came into Lexus Of Pembroke Pines because my car was involved in an accident. I was expecting to be without a car for a month however they delivered my car in just 2 weeks!!! The customer service was great and they made sure I was updated at all times.I would definitely recommend for anyone in need of repairs to visit them. They are great! Wish I could give them 10 starts

His service and for snacks dealership has outstanding. I left Mercedes-Benz because of poor service for five years and have been very pleased with the Lexus dealership that’s my husband has also been using for much longer. I recently had issues with at least vehicle and greatly appreciate it thanks manager making exceptions to repair the car at no expense to me. My service representative Scott, is extremely professional, nice and thoughtful. He always follows up with me and is really sensitive to my time and convenience offering a loaner vehicle when necessary.

This is my 3rd car I bought from Mark at Lexus of Pembroke Pines.
Highly professional approach, deep knowledge of Lexus cars, great communication skills makes Mark an outstanding sales consultant.
Very passionate about customer service, he goes extra mile to accommodate customers requests Always positive, with a great sense of humor helped me choose the car of my dream.
He is really making dreams come true.
What is his secret? He is always treating people with respect, trying to understand customers needs.
He is always listening to what customer has to say. A couple of times I had to wait for Mark, while he was helping other customers, but I always knew that he will give as much attention to me, as he gives other customers.
He re-invented sales philosophy at Lexus at Pembroke Pines- it was always a great place to shop for a car, but Mark Binder took it to a different level. He really represents Lexus values- customers satisfaction, great knowledge of the product, honesty and dedication, he is truly a GREAT ASSET for Lexus!
I highly recommend Mark Binder as a BEST SALES CONSULTANT to buy your new Lexus.

Alex Whitman was an amazing salesperson and took care of me as he would his own family! I love my new car and highly recommend Lexus of Pembroke Pines and Alex Whitman for all your future car purchases. I did not spend an entire day at the dealership and was treated with the utmost care. Boris completed my final paperwork and although it was late, he never showed irritation or annoyance. By far, Alex was the most competent and thorough car salesperson I have ever come across in my many years of buying cars. He has followed up with me multiple times after my sale was complete. Thank you Alex for the impeccable car sale experience!!!

Hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Everything was first class. Now I understand why Lexus is considered the best in the business. I will not only recommend Lexus to all my family and friends but have one for the rest of my life. The attention to detail and just overall friendly staff make the entire experience incredibly easy and fun!

The service department it’s always courteous and professional when I bring in my vehicle. I am very satisfied with my service advisor, Jose, ten across the board. Their mechanics are also competent and expedient and pricing it’s competitive with other shops. The complementary car wash it’s an added bonus.

First time ever owning a Lexus. My salesperson Arie Sebastian was great. Purchasing a car can always become a painstaking and tedious task. Spoke Ariel prior to arriving at the dealership. He broke down the price, terms & conditions (no hidden fees)regarding the lease program. Was in and out of the dealership in less than 3 hours. Overall hands down best experience ever at any dealership.

We had an excellent experience from beginning to end with Pembroke Pines Lexus. Jeremy Rivera was referred to us by a friend and was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. We were limited on time and he was able to get most of our paperwork done before we arrived. We never had to wait and he made the experience easy, stress free and enjoyable. In and out in under an hour. Buying a car has never been a favorite of mine. I LOVE the car and would highly recommend this dealership! Go see Jeremy! You won't be disappointed.

I've had better service at dealerships that don't sell luxury vehicles. I was a bit disappointed by their mediocre customer service: no refreshments after keeping my wife and kids there for hours, and when we finally got the right car a couple of days later, they didn't even bother to wash it before giving it to us. A wipedown to remove the dry bird poop would've been nice even a used car sales person would've cleaned the car first. I expected more from a Lexus dealership. I plan to buy another Lexus for myself soon, but not at this place

I have been leasing my last eight cars from Lexux of Penbroke Pines. Nothing but an enjoyable experience. No trying to up sell you just here is what's available and price. I have been dealing with Frank for years. Call him . Hi Frank I would like to trade in my car. He's has the car ready windows tinted and spotless. They have paperwork ready. No waiting. 10 minutes I was out the door. When you get service like this it makes it so easy to come back over and over when you deal with such professional people

Andre and everyone else at the service center has been amazing. They are always helpful, fast, and friendly. I've been to other Lexus service centers that weren't good at all. I highly recommend this service center. Thank you Andre and everyone else who has helped with my service. You set the bar high for all other service centers! I will always come here even if it's further than other service centers near me.

My experience at Lexus of Pembroke Pines was one of the best I have ever had. Luis Pagen was an excellent Sales guy. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and had so much patience with me. Jorge Leon in financing also was wonderful. He made the paperwork portion of buying a car painless. He was professional, thorough, and paid attention to detail. I will be back for my next car without question! Thank you both for your outstanding service!
