This is anything but a welcoming coworking space.
Staff are not friendly or helpful and are selectively responsive to member concerns. They also appear to lack proper training to do their job effectively.
I witnessed a person in leadership having a loud combative call with someone (presumably a colleague), in the main lounge space, as well.

Update: The only five star review here is from an employee…

I DO NOT recommend this company! ( 5 star reviews seem written by the staffs of same company!!). I would give a negative review if I could, I had a really bad experience renting an office there. A lot of extra charges by mistake and no contact number is provided to follow up. Also they do not respond to direct emails or messages to help desk through their website! Very UNPROFESSIONAL

This is the most AMAZING and Innovative place to work! The staff is AWESOME!!! The other reviews are bogus! The positivity one receives is all relevant to what you give and how you see the world in general.
I recommend this flexible office option to everyone I meet! 10 Stars!!!

My wife got an office here for 2 months and they charged her with hidden fees nearly double the amount of the monthly rate.

It's buried in the contract and no clear concise number is given up front. You will be dealing with them long after you're done with credit charges showing up for weeks or months after.

Completely agree with the previous review. I would give ZERO if I could. Anything but welcoming space and staffs are not helpful. Office rooms design is really bad, you can hear people's conversation from other offices. Some people play loud white noise machine that annoys others working there. Air conditioning control panels in each room is just for decoration (!) they don't work and temperature is set in the entire building.
