I am very athletic and need routine deep tissue massages. I come to this place only for deep tissue massages. I've never experienced any of the other features that are offered. They do a very detailed, relaxing thougrough, professional effective deep tissue massage.

Rules, uniforms, rentals, broken fixtures and decorations. $14 for two hot dogs and a soda. You'll get a wash cloth for a towel, you'll pay for slippers (can't use your own). You MUST wear your uniform, in the saunas or the lounges. You can only take them off in the pools. Skip this place.. you may have been wondering what it's all about. Save your time and money. Go to a real bathhouse.

Always a pleasure coming here. The only thing I can say is a consistent issue here would be the process of checking in and checking out. The lines get soo long and seems that there is no urgency to get the line moving. Other than that everything is always great.

It's a nice spot with many things to do. Only thing that's stopping me from giving it 5 stars is the amount of kids that are here. If you're planning on coming here as a family thing then that's great you guys will have a nice time, but if you're looking for something quiet this is not the place. Food is good compared to other spas I have been to, but overpriced. I highly recommend everyone to check the Groupon app, you will save a substantial amount of money.

There was a young boy standing over ladies room pools peeing directly into it. His mom came and stopped him. She did her best. Still children do not belong here! A disgusting surprise for my mother on her birthday. I loved this place. And I travel from far to enjoy. Prices went up so get rid of the kids.

An extraordinary experience in the world of Korean spas. With 100,000 square feet of space, this is the Disneyland of all Korean spas. Top floor has a giant outdoor jacuzzi area and indoor area with a walk-up bar. There are sleeping areas, heated rooms, a buffet, Spa, and same sex wet areas with Jacuzzis and saunas. Be ready to spend the entire day there! Only downfall is the lack of enforcement in regards to the cell phone policy in the same sex jacuzzi areas, and that they allow kids which parents sometimes do not supervise.

This place is great! Had a blast and the pools and hot baths are incredible. The drinks are not so good though, so I opted for sangria which is something more simple and it was delicious. The staff is okay, they are not mean nor super nice I will say equally. The spa from what I saw was very clean and I saw employees constant cleaning around after every one. The kids area is amazing, my daughter had a blast! One thing the spa closes at midnight but the pools closes at 10:50pm on the dot (be aware) and the bar closes at 10pm as well as the food court.
Will go back to try massages and hydrotherapy baths so excited. Will update after that :)response / report this review -

Well, I though I was going to have a great relaxing day. Its Wednesday June 28, 2017. I went to relax for the day at the spa since I have been on medical leave for back surgery. My doctor recommended hot baths and saunas would be helpful. So I decided to go the Spa Castle in Queens, I spend money on the entrance fee, towel rental and a smoothie which was good bye the way, that was about 55.00 dollars so far. I was going to have my dinner when I felt like sushi California roll for dinner. I was standing at the front of the sushi bar waiting for the chef to come out when a woman and a gentleman that works at the spa tells me "wait right their the chef is coming out from the back, after waiting about 10 to 15 minutes someone for the back comes out and says to me that I must order for the front of the cashier. That's was not say to me at the beginning. When I try to justified what happens to me to the supervisor she began to laugh at my face and said sorry and walked away. I also spoke to a gentleman but felt no empathy about what had happen. If you want to pay so much money for a place to relax be careful and don't spend your money on a place that has no empathy and respect for people how spend money to keep this place open for business. I live at Yonkers and I also had to pay for Tolls as well.

Spa castle is great as long as you pick the right time to go. If you want relaxation, go in the morning during the week so the place isn't overrun by children. If you want quiet, less touristy relaxation go to Spa King. The pools and spas are bigger and nicer at Spa Castle, but it's generally more crowded since it's bigger. The food is overpriced and there aren't great Asian options like there are and spa king, but I like the poolside bar. There are more unisex areas here as well, so it's better for social or group outings.

Perfect place to relax and have an authentic Korean scrub. You can't be a prude here : nudity expected in the unisex bathing area

They remodeled since 2015. There is no more mediation room. One of the inside wading pools has been closed. But other than that, cool experience for the price. I would recommend going on the weekday if you have the chance for the full relaxing experience. Weekends and holiday breaks tends to be loud, and filled with screaming children.

The spa building was big with plenty of options to do but not much service going around. The prices are expensive for massages along with the drinks. Possibly an all day event with family, friends, and love ones.

Getting worse with every passing day. More crowded than ever, the towels are still far from the wet areas and not stacked on the shelves like they used to be. Prices have gone up on everything, parking got worse, and the biggest problem - no one controls the noise. Gone are the days where you can lay quietly and relax. Now noisy and rude patrons are gossiping and chit chatting all through the place. No pace or quiet. This place used to be amazing. Then it became pedestrian and dirty

I was only able to stay for 11 hours, I could have spent much longer.
The only downside I experienced was due to my own plus size proportions and will not fault the Spa Castle for this. The uniforms assigned upon entrance are not designed for comfort when in non-standard sizes. Next time I will either bring my own light cotton clothing or loose a bit of weight first.

The sauna, the selection was amazing!! After a while I narrowed my favorites down the the Jade Sauna and the Ice Sauna, but honestly I was not able to find any that I disliked.
