It was a Friday afternoon and I noticed one of my front tires was starting to peel so I called them and they said come right in and they have my car ready in 2 hours with brand new tires. Great service friendly staff. Good price
Great customer service! Do not try to force customers to buy new tires; if the tire can be fixed, they will. Plus, they do not charge for repairs! Best tire repair store ever been to. Totally recommended.
These guys are awesome! From the min I called them to the second I was leaving the store! Fast had me in and out with replacing two tires and alignment in no time! First time ever having to replace a flat tire in San Diego and I’m blessed I found these guys! I’m definitely not going anywhere else!
The crew there is helpful and just overall great. Madn props to Ray and thank you for the set of tires. By the way they can align your car there also
We've been here twice, once for a tire replacement and once for a tire repair (the latter was free). Service both times took about 2 hours which might be on the slow side, but I've never been to a tire shop that was much faster so I can't judge that too harshly. There were plenty of coffee shops nearby to work from while I waited. The replacement/repair jobs were good quality and we haven't had any related issues since. No one tried to up-sell me anything, which is always a relief.
Best tire place ever. Local shop, experienced staff, great prices (lower than many others), outstanding service.
Maybe it just wasn't a good day for him, but we were there to get a tire replaced and Frank was completely condescending and clearly did not care for customer service.
I'm not a tire expert, as I'd imagine most aren't, but asking Frank a question got us a look like we were stupid for asking and an answer that seemed to hurt him while explaining.
Then, once the job was finished, he had the keys in a bag, but for 5 minutes, he insisted they were in the car and continued to insist that we were wrong.
Finally, after a couple of his colleagues said they handed him the keys, he decides to look at this bag and found them. Instead of apologizing for the mistake (we are all human and it can happen) he tosses the keys into the counter without a word.
We asked a colleague of his for his name, and they said his name was David. Luckily, on the receipt, it says his name and we heard them all say they handed the keys to Frank when they were looking for the keys.
We can appreciate the attempt to defend and protect their buddy, but lying to a customer is not ok. If they lie about his name, what's to stop them from lying about their product??
Really bad experience. Seems the other guys are nice enogh. We just had the unfortunate experience to deal with Frank.
Anyone who lives near this place can hear them peeling out in the customers car. There are tread marks all over the place from them free wheeling in the cars. I would NEVER take my car here.
The other day, they were shooting off fire works, during the day, inside next to all the cars. The police were called. Poorly run business. I wouldn't trust them with my car.
Overall decent prices and good customer service. Now I came to get 2 tires and ended up getting all 4 replaced. After, I left now when I reach certain speeds my car shakes. It wasn't shaking before and I only came because I punctured one of the back tires which wouldn't impact my car shaking. So I went back ( bc they have a 5day guarantee) and the employee said it may be my suspension that's causing my car to suddenly shake
I have taken my car to these guys for years and had no issues and if I had something pop up the guys at the counter said bring it in we will look at it and it's on us. They resolved the issue no problem, rotated tires as need be free of charge. Not sure why these other people are giving these guys bad reviews. Snowflake city?
