Awesome place to shop for halloween costumes, they have creepy, scary displays that are perfect for the Halloween themes of ghosts and monsters.

My first time to a Rubies Store and it was excellent. Got the exact costume I was searching for and the staff were very friendly and super helpful. Loved it and will definitely go back when I'm in NY again! 👌

For costumes an absolute must visit in NY. Very friendly and superhelpful crew. One of the oldest costumers in the tri-state area, from kiddies to adult costumes, and your little dog too

A fun place to visit. I noticed the POLITICAL full head masks and asked why there was not Donald Trump? The answer was they were out of them and were looking for more to arrive soon. There are 2 types, a "FUNNY" one and another ("Serious") one.

This is such a great place for cosplayers. It's a huge area with lots of options and sized and colors. Lots of ideas and different types of costumes. They also have your makeup and mask needs.

Never ever ever ever have I seen a place like this. The size is enormous, the props are fantastic and the prices on costumes are very affordable. They should charge an admission price for the amount of entertainment u will receive in this place. Staff here are super helpful and courteous. Can't wait till go next year

They're pricey but the quality of the costumes are so worth it. THEY have a wide selection and the Props are live and great to take pictures with so keep your phone charged. They also have a dressing room available so you won't have to be back and forth wasting time going home to try it on.the employees are very helpful as well. Every year is different with live life size props.VERY ENTERTAINING! !!!😆

This is a fantastic place for costume shopping but the customer service is horrible. I went to see if a costume I found on their website was in the store but no one seemed interested in helping. I spoke to 4 employees and all gave different responses, all of which were not helpful. We ended up approaching a Manager to see if he knew more but he just ended up trying to get us to tell him who one of the employees were who gave us false information so he can write them up or fire them instead of helping us. Nice store, but be prepared to just help yourself.
