Atmosphere was great. We came here for a late brunch, service was great and everyone very friendly. Food was good, but not great. However, that said I dont think I ever had a great fritatta. Would go again.

This ain't your grandpa's Italian restaurant. This here's elevated and imaginative-- without being obnoxious-- but I wouldn't come here looking for chicken parm or spaghetti w meatballs. Get whatever specials they have. Can't go wrong here

I was in town for the weekend and wanted to check out the UES. Uva did not disappoint! The food, service and atmosphere were all great! We got a cheese and meat plate to start and then I ordered the shrimp fettuccine and my husband ordered the gnocchi, which comes highly recommended. The only thing I would change is that I made reservations a month in advance and we were not offered to sit in the garden, which I remembered hearing about when I walked in to use the restroom. It would have been nice to have that option.

One of the best Italian restaurants in the city. Amazing pastas and great wine selection. Very fast service and my go-to spot.

OK spot, the wine list is decent, but there is a lot of commercial producers. Bartender is more interested in setting up for dinner service instead of taking care of his bar. I'm indifferent.

Making a reservation in advance isn't a bad idea. Between the backyard patio seating, the happy hour cocktails and the delicious pasta, we were extremely fortunate to have been seated right away as walk-ins. (We snagged the last table outside). Highly recommend both the gnocchi and the pappardelle.

A nice selection of pasta with various cheese plates and anti pasta. Some outdoor seating. While it can get crowded still maintained levels of intimacy. Good wine selection

I liked this place. nice ambience, a little bit upscale but I still felt fine wearing jeans and a sweater. come on meatball Monday, it's $35 for app, dinner, dessert and glass of wine

This place is amazing. The longer I stood at the counter the more stuff I ended up buying. Our counter guy Geno was awesome and was extremely helpful.

For lunch I had the "Uncle Joe" sandwich which was amazing with the fresh mozzarella and soppressata and ended up taking home the a lot of fresh pasta and even some homemade lasagna. I can't wait to have the lasagna for dinner. This place deserves its high ranking and I would recommend it to anyone.

The only downside is there is not place to eat their delicious offerings in the store,.
