If you want clean well maintained fully furnished units there is no need to look any further than rite here at Gulf Dunes. This place has everything you need for the ultimate vacation spot. All you need to bring are your clothes and food everything else is furnished. If there is anything you need just let the staff know and they will be on top of it. The staff is exceptional they will listen to your needs and do everything they can to accommodate you. I have been a guest here many times and has never disappointed me

I am so glad we stayed at Gulf Dunes Resort! The kitchen was fully stocked with all the kitchen essentials needed to cook/prepare our foods. The counters, floors, dishes, fridge and stove were spotless. The dinning room had a table for 6, plus the 4 bar stools at the breakfast bar, plenty of room for everyone. The bathrooms had plenty of towels for everyone and again, very clean. The living room was a bit small, but it serve it's purpose. There was a decent size TV, DVD's and board games for the family. The rooms were nice, clean and spacious. The carpet however was a bit old and you could see the traffic marks and the entrance of each room. The location was excellent (beach front). We had an amazing time and in/out of the condo, that we'll go back and I recommend this location 100%.

Nice family atmosphere. The room we stayed in was d104. It was well maintained and as described. The staff at the front desk was very nice. We did have to wait and extra hour to get our room however it was very busy that day.

Just what our family needed. Not fancy, but very well stocked with kitchen supplies and towels. They even had soap, laundry detergent, and dishwasher detergent for us. Small, but nice.
