I did not end up buying anything from South Bay Appliance, but I have no doubt their customer service would be amazing if I did. I was looking for a replacement gas range for a unit in our apartment building. Unfortunately our building is in Los Feliz and was outside their delivery area. Clint was extremely helpful in guiding me to a closer appliance store that he knew would have what I was looking for. and did not rush to get off the phone with me once he knew I wasn't going to buy from them. Definitely would recommend them for anyone around the South Bay.

Wow! I’m in a pinch on a potential new home where the homeowner put in custom cabinets that won’t fit a standard fridge. Armed with measurements I came to South Bay Appliance after googling for a local appliance store, which I know is the BEST place to get your appliances. Well, Clint proved me to be right. This visit was really a consultation, and hey answered all my questions and gave me good information to continue my research at home.
No pressure to buy, no pressure for anything. Just good information and support.
I highly recommend this location for your appliance needs, and I look forward to purchasing from here whether or not this home purchase comes through in this wild escrow that I’m in.response / report this review -

Will not come look at my Freezer because I am not a current customer. Like Freezers go out all the time.
