  We woke up this morning to discover that our LG refrigerator was not working and the freezer had totally defrosted. We rushed to look on Google as we just moved into our unit a month ago. Redondo Beach Appliance Repair had good ratings and their website looked professional so we rang them around 7:30am. The repair man was able to make a visit around 9 am that morning. Right away he knew what the issue was and actually had a spare part in his work van!Great service and fast response time. I can't say the same thing for other companies I have called in the past.

  Our stove stopped working and we needed it fixed quickly, their technican came quickly to fix it and we were happy with the price.

  Well my mother called me to inform me her Refrigerator needed to be repaired because it had stopped making ice. She is very nervous when it comes to dealing with repair companies because she always seems to think they are out to rip her off. I'm sure other Googlers on here have a relative like this :). But anyways I told her not to worry as I got on my computer and searched for Appliance repair companies near her area. Found Redondo Beach Appliance Repair and called them after reading several positive reviews. I mean of course I had to research, with a mother like mine rest assured that she will be telling the story years from now of how her son got her ripped off by some appliance company,,blah blah blah. But anyways everything turned out okay, the repairman was competent enough to fix the dam thing and even billed me a lower price than I expected.

  Usually when I write a review it's because someone didn't do something right. Fortunately for me this time it's because I want to thank Redondo Beach Appliance Repair for getting it right the first time without the need for additional trips. My tech did everything he could to make sure he fixed my dryer on the spot without having to go to a part house and waste time. The first company I called obviously thought I am an idiot and tried to tell me I need to replace my whole dashboard because it was not heating correctly. I knew they were up to something so I called Redondo Beach Appliance Repair for a
  second opinion. Glad I did because I found out that all I needed was to change my dryer timer knob. Paid my tech to do the job on the spot and am happy with the repair. Watch out for Smith Brothers as they are scammers.

  Experience was great! Very efficient and honest. Solved the issue on the spot and informed me that he will come back to do more work at no extra cost other than the cost of material. Definitely recommend!
