Mike Panza and his team did an amazing job selling my Father's condo. Its not easy when your loved ones have to move into assisted living facilities but Mike and his team made the entire listing, marketing and sales process seamless. I can't say enough about the amazing photos (inclusive of Aerial shots) and virtual video tour that Mike had put together. This is top notch marketing at its best and it generated so much interest. I ended up having several top dollar offers to consider after 2 successful open houses and Mike helped me understand the pros and cons of each before settling on the winning bid. Mike and his team also handled all the inspections required prior to selling which made my life so much easier. I highly recommend Mike and his team and will definitely be using him for all my real estate needs moving forward!

Mike had been a great help in making this deal successful. He is 100% responsive whenever I reach out to him, and he always made sure to answer all of my questions regarding the property. You can always expect Mike to give you a thoughtful and insightful answer. He is highly professional, honest, reliable, and respectful. Truly, the overall experience with Mike and his team has been great. What was it like working with Mike Panza? It worked very well. I had many steps to get through to sell my property. One of the hardest steps was to determine how much to sell my property for. A comparison study was done with like properties in the area for sale and we set a fair price for the property. Once this was accomplished, i needed to start cleaning out my house and get rid of 31 years of accumulation of stuff. it was a major task to clean the accumulated stuff I have acquired. It was accomplished over four and half months. Mike was kind enough to critique my work and tell me where more work needed to be done for the open house. This was accomplished and final inspection by Mike was performed. After final inspection, the property was approved for a two-day open house. After the open house I received multiple offers on the property. Mike reviewed each offer and was familiar with the mortgage rates and regulations. Collaborating with him I picked what I determined to be the best offer and I accepted it. Smoke detectors were inspected by the town as well as getting the last water meter reading was also initiated by Mike. Overall the process went very well and smoothly with little intervention needed by me. Overall, I am very pleased with all the help I received and would use Mike again if I wanted to sell another property. Sincerely, Peter M Bloom
