  I just moved into new place and washer stopped 🤦‍♀️ I was sure that was going to have to purchase a new one but they came out saw the problem and when he said I can fix right now I was blown away and thankful because I had a basket full of wet clothes. Then I said, self that is surely going to break the bank to fix it right now on the spot, we’ll I was wrong.

  Alex just came to fix my washer and was Amazing. I've never seen someone take apart a washer so fast. He was able fix it and was in and out in less than 1 hrs. He was on time and seemed very knowledgeable. I will be a return customer if anything else breaks. Thank Alex!

  Immediate call back. Quick appointment time. Fixed the same day with cost of service call put toward repair cost if fixed the same day.

  Our dryer wasn't heating so I called Sakura Appliance Repair. They set me up with a 9-11 appointment window the next morning. Alex came at 9:15 a.m and was done by 9:45. He replaced the thermostat and vacuumed up the accumulation of lint and dust in the bottom of the dryer and put it all back together so quick I could hardly believe it. I highly recommend them.
